  1. For current clients who currently have vouchers and packages, they should be able to bypass the booking fee online for their treatment rather than being charged for the deposit, as they already have the voucher to use.

  3. When a customer has credits that cover their full balance, it completely bypasses the tip option at checkout. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card

  4. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  6. Build chat box for messages between staff members, seperate from the messages tab for clients. Maybe it could be a small pop up window on the bottom right corner.

  8. Gift cards should not have a monetary limit, which is currently set at $500, or a day limit (2 per day). We often have people purchasing gift cards well above the limit which means we have to do several transactions over several days to accommodate them.

  9. When a client changes their phone number , it erases ALL messages tied to that phone number. This is frustrating. Sometimes we refer back to past conversations for information, photos, etc.We are a med/spa office and rely on our system to keep track of all important info such as messages between client, Charting, etc. This would be the equivilent if all of a sudden medical carts went missing. Please fix this

  10. Boulevard now requires guests to enter a phone number or email address before they are able to view appointment dates and availability. Previously, guests could browse services, select a professional, and view available times before being asked to provide contact information at the final step of booking.

    This change introduces friction early in the booking flow, particularly for first-time guests who are still in an exploratory phase and simply want to check availability. Requiring personal information before showing dates can feel premature and may reduce trust or willingness to continue, especially compared to platforms that allow guests to view availability…

  11. Need to let my front desk/patient coordinator staff edit phrases they frequently use, and would also like them to have access to offers and discounts since they are the ones checking people out. Currently can only access this as a business manager.

  12. Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

  14. For this example, imagine it is 11/20/25. I need to look at sales for 11/5/25. I want to check multiple transactions/order #s for that date. After viewing each order to go back to 11/5/25 I need to do the extra step of filtering the sales for that date again. It would be most helpful to be able to return that specific date with a back arrow vs needing to filter all sales again.

  18. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  20. If a client needs to move their appointment on the same day I would like a notification. I can't check the schedule while I'm in service so I would like a text notification. Technically they cancelled, but we do a courtesy for first time clients and don't charge so it ends up being rescheduled instead of cancelled.
