  2. We have a lot of clients who book repeating appointments. I had a client who wanted to cancel her Thursday appointments and change to a different appointment date. I found out that I have to go in and cancel each appointment individually. Wish there was a button to select (delete all future repeating appointments in this set).

  4. If it is possible to have the color formulas (medications) more accessible (such as printed on the staff itinerary when that becomes available), it helps the stylist go back to formulas easier for their clients.

  6. Hello,

    There should be an option to edit the Calendar view to allow for customizing the visibility of the lines that indicate time increments. Having shading, or line bolding on every hour allows better viewing of the calendar book and creates a more accessible experience for the user. Additionally, it helps glancing at the appointment book and knowing where to schedule appointments because you can quickly see the line of each hour.

  8. It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

  9. Some stylists can perform some services at the same time. But by using processing time, it can't be double booked on exact same time.
    It would be really great to have this function available.

  11. It would be great to have this for when a client pays with cash and they need change back. It will save time instead of having to pull out a calculator and figure out the change.

  12. We should be able to make some products tippable. We have a full service bar within our salon, and many clients want to add gratuity to the beverages. It's not fast to add it in individually, like it is for services

  13. We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

  14. It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

  16. We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!

  19. Thinking about selling monthly packages that expire at the end of the month, not 30 days from purchase. So being able to set the expiration date when setting the package up instead of having to manually edit the expiration after selling the package

  20. For a lash studio, new clients need a full consultation and we don't want them to be able to book other services until after that appointment. Need to be able to have a separate booking link for return clients where they can see full services that would be hidden to new clients/anyone that hasn't been to the location before
