Reminder texts to remind clients to schedule if they didn't rebook
In need of a way to set an option to send an automatic reminder text, at a custom time interval, to remind color clients to schedule a glaze or another appointment if they did not rebook upon checkout.

There needs to be a notification when an appointment is moved from one day/time to another day/time
We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

The blue banner about returning clients logging in doesn't add very well to the booking overlay's design and I wish this could be in a different color/layout or allowed to customize.

Change membership reports so that they don't show under retail sales
Please Please Please, make a separate section under sales summary for memberships or take them out of retail sales, its so deceiving looking at monthly reports and having memberships sales numbers in both retail and service. The reports are terribly skewed and we have to manually go in to subtract memberships from retail since they already show under service when the membership is redeemed.

Add the ability to have IOU invoices on a clients account
Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

Notification to Owner of all new bookings
Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc

Can you please have a report made that will be filtered by employee that includes Product Commission, Service Commission and Tips?
As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.
Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?

Capability to email or text forms to clients
It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

Hourly control over when same-day reminders are sent relative to appointment time
Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

service menu navigation and pricing visibility
it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.
It would also be super handy to have the prices shown on the service list without having to open each individual service. And then also to be…

It would be great if we can have the notes section show the most recent one at the top. We use this section for formulas and it is confusing to see the old one at the top.

I need a commission report to calculate the commission of a service that uses a product (Botox, Filler) based on the NET sale (i.e. I need the report to calculate the cost of using the product and then the NET sale and the commission based off of that)

We need more color options for stylists columns!!
We have more stylists than Boulevard offers colors! It make reading the schedule hard if the team can't easily see the delineation in the columns.

Client data import
I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.
