  4. Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.

  6. I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

  9. we currently have to manually move account credit between two guests who want to pay seperately but booked together. there is no easy way to transfer their deposit and we must manually do it on our end, hit refresh multiple times and do a lot math

  10. Need Client ID numbers so that we can order labs. Right now we have to either have an ID number or SS number and we don't want to store SS numbers in this system.

  11. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

  13. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  14. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  15. The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:

    1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.

    2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?

    3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…

  16. I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

  17. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.
