  2. In the Detailed Staff Summary under Staff Performance, it shows the entire order. So if the order # had multiple service providers, it shows all of the breakdown.
    We need a report or a way that will show only the service performed by the specified service provider

  4. ...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.

    See video for explanation and steps to recreate issue.

    At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

  6. Being able to see when the students clock in and out from break, lunch, coming and going will make it easier for the Front Desk Receptionist to schedule clients. At the moment we have to manually check in who is here and who is not here daily, and have to keep an eye out on who is coming and leaving the establishment. Timecards connected to the students profile will minimize the booking time for clients.

  11. It would be incredibly helpful for booking and training if there was an option for management to make notes about each employee and their services that would pop up when you click on the employee photo on the calendar.

  12. When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.

  15. Group bookings are a large part of our business and when there are 8 or more in one group booking, we need to be alerted on a specific email to provide VIP service when they make any updates to their appointment and upon arrival.

    Additionally, when they add their 8th appointment, the client should be only allowed to book a luxe service - that is also bookable online, but generally it's easier to handle manually.

  20. Need the ability to control the window for online cancellations by clients - 24 hours is much too far in advance for a barbershop environment, we would like clients to be able to cancel their own appointments up to 3 hours prior to appointment.
