  3. We currently have 2 locations, but our phones ring at both locations, so whoever picks up the phone call first will need to view not only their own location's schedule, but the other as well. Other staff members should also be able to book for another staff member at another location, even if they do not work there.

    Boulevard currently only allows us to assign all employees to both locations in order to view, edit and add new appointments; however, this causes confusion since service providers only work at a specific location. This is misleading for guests sine they can…

  9. i.e. if a service provider is unavailable due to a vacation/day off (in the future), when creating the schedule for them, show alert for day that they are unavailable and to give option override or not. Create "Vacation alert"

  11. Customers keep thinking you sign on the line that appears on the first screen and don't know that you have to tap above it to put in your phone or email. Could the line be changed to just simply a button or something?

  12. Time clock should be linked to productivity for hourly employees and also stylists to track when and if someone is late/how often and how that effects their productivity in taking appointments etc.

  13. Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

  14. On our previous system, when a client was checked in, on the calendar dashboard we were able to see clients highlighted or turned to red if no showed. Creating a quick at a glance for a manager to see how many clients were in the building or stylists were waiting for a client to arrive.

  15. Merchant earnings in commission for products/services should have the option to be removed from reporting for tax purposes as that money is not the business's money.

  16. There are only some services in NY that are taxable and others that are not. The ability to be able to place the tax for the taxable services is needed.

  20. Allow for custom fields to be gathered for clients that are then integrated into their client profile and trigger specific forms to be sent in advance of their appointment.
