Make a tab that pops up when you hover over an appointment to make it easier to book behind that existing appointment.
When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

Customizable report for management of stylist
Would love to have a report/folder of all stylist information including late cancelations, adjustment services, complaints, poor yelp reviews and ability to upload documents to a stylist account so all information is on one system!

Shorter Appointments having less availability
For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

Customizable Rebooking Tabs
Our clients come every 4, 5 or 6 months. We would like to be able to customize the rebooking tabs at checkout to fit our business.

Staff selection first on booking widget
Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.
Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

On Calendar view, visual indicator of when staff member clocked in and out.
Not only will this help staff remember to clock in and out, it will provide management one of the easiest visual ways to determine when something is wrong or not going as it should be.

Appointment/ Client Tag reporting
It would be fantastic if there were a way to run a report for specific client/appointment tags. Example: We have a client tag that states "Stylist was late to client" I would like to run a report to see which stylists of mine are repeat offenders. Or we have a "no charge" client tag- again it would be amazing to run a report to see which clients are not being charged/ how often this takes place.

Payments & Refunds missing information such as explicit card payment method and also operator
Does not show who did the transaction
Also instead of "card" it should say "card swiped", "card keyed", "card on file"

PDF Exports Are Unreadable
When exporting information in a PDF the type is so small it almost requires a magnifying glass to read. Need to be able to make this readable please!

Automated discounts for birthdays
Pop-up window appears in the checkout window to receive a discount on the day of their birthday to be applied.

Order Services with Vertical dropdown
vertical drop-downs - picks the service they want and then has the vertical dropdown - system will re-organize what they want and allow for add-on, etc.
Needs to be able to order services as they wish.
IE. Salt room first, the float and then last service - in any order they wish. So they can choose which service they want to go first., etc

The time of day should be clear to see on the front desk and calendar screens.
More convenient and easier to keep track of/ stay on time.

Service Commission Report page include a summary of each provider's totals on top of report.
It would save time scrolling through all of the data to have a table of the summary totals at the top for each employee. Commission summary report does not contain enough data for payroll purposes since discounting and vouchers are combined without discretion, a report showing the service commission, discounted total, voucher total for each that didn't require miles of scrolling would be great.

Way to opt all staff out from Boulevard update emails that show features owners may not be ready to roll out or answer any questions about!
I LOVE that the software is always growing and being packed full of new features. The more the merrier! But, many times these emails throw the salons into gossip-nados in which staff feel the features are already here. There is no warning or prep time in which my managers and myself have before staff start insinuating that we are locking things away from them or hiding functionality. This is especially difficult as the emails are written in a way that voices that the features are all available already which makes it seem only that the managers and owners aren't doing…

Service that can only be paid via voucher, and does not show currency equivalent
Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.
