  1. The Sales Summary report or total revenue report needs to display the adjusted amount per day on the report for that day/time frame.

    This is important so that the accounting reconciliation of the sales reports will match the bank deposits without having to search through refund or adjustments.

Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.

  4. Allow for privilege settings to carry over to staff app. Limit the ability for service providers to change price/duration settings for services, modify appointments, and edit client details, as necessary.

  7. Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

  8. When a guest uses a promo code during booking or if that code is used during checkout, it will automatically trigger a client tag ie. Code VIP will trigger the VIP tag

  10. In the case of a refund we need visibility on what provider made the change. How much they refunded and for what purpose. Incase there's a mistake with the refund being able to see the trail of what happened would be helpful. Also to see which service providers are making the refunds/price adjustments

  12. It would be great if promotions could be specified only assignable, viewable, and usable by location. For multi site chains some promotions only make certain in certain locations.

  13. When on the Select Service Time page of the overlay there should be a visual reminder that the client is only seeing availability of the Chosen provider and maybe a reminder that they can change providers to see more availability

  14. For some reason when you block time, that time is still counted in their hours available for productivity, but since they're not performing a service it counts against their Utilization % which shouldn't be the case. If they're blocked for a meeting they're still productive, just not with a client

  16. The client profile retains/keeps the suggested product in the client profile even after the client has bought it. Would prefer for it to be removed once the client purchases it so they are not suggested the same product if they come in before their next appointment.

  18. We receive all the information via email for cancellations but when we receive a text, the date of the actual appointment being cancelled is missing. So then they have to log in and figure out who cancelled. Can you please add the date so our stylists can fill their day?
