  3. We are a rental salon that does not interfere with any service money for the stylists-- the only money processed through our salon accounts is for retail products. We would like the ability to have payments for gift cards (meant to be used for services) to go directly to the stylist account which the services will be redeemed with. That way the salon does not have to keep track of payments and pay out the stylists individually.

  6. We need the ability to accept Visa giftcards. Many of our clients have been trying to use their Visa giftcard to pay for their service and we have had to tell them to use a different card. This poses an issue being some clients don't always have another alternative to pay.

  8. If a mother/daughter come and are both members, every month the bank thinks its fraud for the transactions because its multiple charges. We charge all memberships on the same day each month and they have different memberships so they can't share one.

  12. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  16. A problem of sending a message to one client under a profile is that it gets shown later as a different client or the wrong one. Would be great to show on dashboard that the message thread is with all three clients by showing all their names and denoting that these clients are using the same number.

  19. For forms to legally hold up in court they need to conform to California's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act. The parties involved must agree to the use of electronic signatures in a separate agreement that only involves electronic signatures.

    If true, this would mean that all legal forms that salons get signed via Boulevard would not hold up in court unless there is a separate electronic signature agreement. DocuSign handles this via a checkbox that has to be checked before it allows documents to be signed electronically and a separate document, attached.

  20. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need
