Allow front desk to view staff profiles
It would be helpful to be able to give access to front desk to view staff member's contact info and individual service pricing without allowing access to Manage Location or Business.

Note the time the client actually arrives on profile
On the appointment have a spot to see what time the client actually arrived so we can see who's late frequently or who has been waiting a long time.

Promotions (promo codes) apply for gift card purchases
Promo codes can not be applied to gift card purchases at this time. During the holidays, if someone wants to purchase a $100 gift card, they can buy it for $80 instead of the full $100.

Pop-up window appears in the checkout window to receive a discount on the day of their birthday to be applied.

Custom client cancellation amounts
When a client late cancels or no-shows, BLVD defaults to 50% of the service amount, but we would like to make this percentage customizable to reflect what is on our website. We are doubling the service amount by adjusting the price, but it is a manual process we would like to automate

Service Commission Report page include a summary of each provider's totals on top of report.
It would save time scrolling through all of the data to have a table of the summary totals at the top for each employee. Commission summary report does not contain enough data for payroll purposes since discounting and vouchers are combined without discretion, a report showing the service commission, discounted total, voucher total for each that didn't require miles of scrolling would be great.

Differentiate actions in Group Appointment online book flow for "Add More" and "Add Guest"
In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.

Hourly, salary, and/or commission - Calculating pay rate based on performance.
I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Sales Summary Report to include actual revenue received
The Sales Summary report or total revenue report needs to display the adjusted amount per day on the report for that day/time frame.
This is important so that the accounting reconciliation of the sales reports will match the bank deposits without having to search through refund or adjustments.
