Keyboard shortcuts
The shortcut "T" and arrow keys on the calendar view are nice. But it would be amazing to have full keyboard shortcuts that would allow searching clients and booking appointments from the keyboard without having to keep switching to the mouse.

Better communication with Boulevard billing
Boulevard should be very clear to customers what is being billed when. We did not feel the true effects of the pandemic to our business months after we were shutdown and hence I reached out for support. I work with another company that offered me that assistance without me asking. They were very clear, "We will not be charging you for the months of April and May, since you did not have any appointments".
From the beginning, I feel that there has been a lack of transparency.

beta report/ please shift to where all hourly employees can be seen in 1 report those of us that have multiple locations need this
because i spend to much time going back and forth in reports for both my hourly and commissioned stylists when doing payroll. a beta report would be a huge time saver for me

Receive alerts when client arrives for multiple staff, admin, front desk
We would like the option to add multiple staff members to receive alerts when a client arrives and not just the service provider assigned to the appointment

drop down staff service/product sales
It would be nice to have a staff performance report that allowed a drop down on their name so we can see the client information within those numbers. their name what services and what products they bought.

Be able to see the size and/or retail price of products when updating inventory quantities
It's necessary to be able to see the size and retail prices of products when adjusting received inventory quantities. Several products have the same name and come in multiple sizes, but once you select to adjust quantities, the size and prices of the products disappear, so it's impossible to distinguish between different sizes of products with the same name.

Unchecking "Track Inventory" should remove item from stock and reset desired quantity to zero
Unchecking the "track Inventory" box on a product does not change the inventory count for the item, nor does it change the desired quantity settings. The result is that items that are no longer desired to be tracked (typically clearanced items) will still show up in purchase orders, or on inventory count reports.
The current solution is to manually adjust inventories to zero, then change desired quantity to zero, then uncheck the box (via two different screens/interfaces). Not having bulk actions make this very time consuming to do for a whole line of products that have been discontinued.

Ability to accept bitcoin at checkout
With locations in San Francisco, Palo Alto, NY, LA, etc... our guests are on the cutting edge of finance and tech and it's only a matter of time until this is more widely accepted. We'd love to be ahead of the times on this and it would be a great marketing opportunity

Download Purchase orders in csv or xls
Several vendors have options to build an order from SKU or UPC data, but it is so tedious to copy and paste individual UPCs from the pdf version from Boulevard. A download that can be manipulated into the proper format for the vendor would be amazing.
