  1. When a client is in for multiple services with multiple staff members it is hard to drag and drop the individual services to rearrange them. Moving one will apparently randomly move other services on the ticket. Some services can be moved by themselves, but others end up moving the other services on the ticket. It would be so much easier to drag and drop than writing down the start times for each service and manually editing the ticket.

  3. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

    Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

  4. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  14. Request to have a button when changing the expiration date to apply the change it to all member benefits so we dont have to do them one at a time. It takes FOREVER if the person has 40+ on their account.

  16. Use case: making appointment 3 days from now that involves four clients, 1 will pay for all. To smooth things over, right now it is notes notes notes on every appointment, maybe tags or client alerts too to make receptionist remember to do this, but they might miss all of that, especially because it's a rowdy group coming in. And worst the one who is paying might be the last to be done and the others might pay individually on accident not knowing it is a gift.

    All this normal level of fail would be solved if the more efficient…
