Stay on the same date and time when editing a pre-book service.
If you need to edit a service while pre-booking with a client, pulling up the new appt tab automatically refreshes your page to the current date rather than staying on the date/time that you're trying to book on. This means you have to start over locating the correct date and time every time you need to adjust a service. This can be confusing during busy times when you are balancing phone calls and checking clients in and out. Being able to restrict staff's ability to see full client details is a fantastic option for businesses to have
There is one glaring issue though which is if client last names are turned OFF, then staff cannot book appointments themselves. When they search a client, all of that client appears and then they have no way of differentiating. Not sure what the workaround would be; perhaps allow last name searching when booking appointments.

add an option to go 1 week ahead
We need a button to jump one week ahead near the TODAY button. Some patients are only available on a certain day of the week so it would be nice if we can go forward from monday to monday or friday to friday.

Assigning tips based on designated rooms
Instead of assigning tips manually after each app, could we have an option to assign employees to their designated rooms so tips automatically go to them? :D

Staff personal time off
We would really benefit from the ability to add/label staff unavailable times as "personal, vacation, sick etc" and the option to pull a report for each staffer to see how days off were used. We allow 10days personal time each year, but have no real way of tracking.

staff should not be able to have a schedule at multiple locations on the same day
if a staff member's book is open on thursday 3-8 pm in my ues location it shouldn't be able to also be open thursday 3-8 pm in my soho location

Waitlist with select dates/ “keep on until” dates
Hi! I was wondering if we could adjust how the waitlist is set up? I think it would really help if there was a way we could select how long we want a client on for (example: July 25-Aug 18, week of Sept 7-14, etc) so we don't have to go through the waitlist every few days and filter out those who's "keep on until" date written in the notes section has already passed a while ago, it would be more automatic. Duo should not require an iPad app connection for checkout
We are one of many boutique hair studio in NYC and have eliminated the 'front desk' We do all our own bookings by email and online and use a laptop in the salon. With the duo, now we have to have the ipad as well just to process with no other functionality needed in the salon for an ipad. The ipad also has to remain off idle/unlock so the Duo app is always working. So the ipad now has to remain on the charger.
