  7. Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.

    Examples:

    1. listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
    2. A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.

    Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

  10. Sometimes you check in the wrong guest on accident, and then when that guest really does come in the service provider doesn't get the notification because they are already "checked-in". Being able to undo that and send an accurate notification to the service provider would be very helpful

  11. Hello,

    There should be an option to edit the Calendar view to allow for customizing the visibility of the lines that indicate time increments. Having shading, or line bolding on every hour allows better viewing of the calendar book and creates a more accessible experience for the user. Additionally, it helps glancing at the appointment book and knowing where to schedule appointments because you can quickly see the line of each hour.

  12. I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.

  14. Clients always think that they have pre-paid for the appointment because they recall entering their credit card. They just start walking out the door after the appointment. We have to stop and tell them that they need to sign and approve the charged before we actually can charge the credit card.

  15. Hi,

    As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work. It would be far more convenient to be able to see the service providers as well as time in the Front Desk view; clicking in to the appt works in some situations, but if a stylist wanted to see which of their clients were confirmed vs. unconfirmed they'd have to check all of them individually right now. Would also help front desk know which stylist to notify at a glance, as some stylists don't pay attention to their phones or leave them around the salon.

  19. For the client profile, we are very personable with our clients, and we spend a lot of time with them building rapport. All businesses rely on referrals and networking. There should be an opportunity for our salon to either add a picture of their business card or line of work that they're in or other customizable fields besides just "notes".
