  1. It would be convenient to be able to add a new client through the "Message" tab without having to click the "Client" tab. Being a new location, we have new clients messaging us to get scheduled so when I add them as a client, I have to copy their information down, then click the "Client" tab to "Add New Client". If this can be done through the actual message itself, it would save on time and efficiency.

  4. It would be SO much simpler if at the time of booking, either the guest or the employees can book appointment types -- so clicking New Appointment would prompt user to define whether the appointment is a request, a prebook, or a referral. Makes it easier for salon owners who track these metrics at review time as well.

  5. It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  6. The schedule view has some utility, but it is hard to know if someone was assigned a form that wasn't completed. A third column for "assigned forms" would allow us to see if they have forms that should be completed so we can make sure we get the information from them.

  7. When a client books a 'guest of' when we hover over the appointment, both appts should light up so we can see they are together....

  8. when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

  11. We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

  12. On the daily schedule, if a client is doing a bunch of things, combine the all the separate services together... make it one big box with a list of services instead of a bunch of little ones. Especially if it's the SAME TYPE SERVICE.

  14. The sales report shows income with services purchased with gift cards and account credit, but that isn't an accurate report because that wasn't income generated that day.

  15. It would be great if you could hover your mouse over each employee icon it would show the services they do or offer when in the Calendar view. This would allow easy access when scheduling to know who can and can't do certain services. This would be especially helpful when someone is new to the system it displays everything they need to schedule appointments smoothly.

  18. When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...

    Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.

    I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)

    The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.

    The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

  19. Most salons/ studios have more than one reception. With that, things can get confusing in figuring out who booked what appointment. With this, each receptionist has a sign in number with their name to make it easier in tracking appointments and clients

  20. We would like to have the capability to add an "Experience Rate", an automatic 4% charge to clients to offset the cost of providing the best in technology, amenities etc. at our salon. This will be a 4% flat fee added to all transactions (both service & retail). Some salon softwares allows the fee to be added as a “tax” some can add it as a “service charge” or similar.
