Scheduling order changes when Modifiers are selected.
For hair color appointments, we would like to use Add-Ons to add haircuts; and use Modifiers for long/thick hair, conditioning treatments, etc.
However, whenever Modifiers are selected, the Add-on service gets bumped to the top of the list of services. So the system schedules the haircut first then the color and modifiers. If no Modifiers are chosen, the Add-On is added correctly, after the base service.
Can this be changed so that the Add-On service is always scheduled after the base service, regardless of whether Modifiers are selected?

Adding more options when booking or rebooking not just 4wk, 6wk,8wk. Add in 3 weeks, 5weeks, 7weeks,10weeks, and 12 weeks.

alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products
you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!

Edit/ Update Client accommodations
The business would like the ability to edit the client accommodations once they are opened. The business would like the ability to save 0 minute processing and finishing times under client accommodations which currently when you enter that into the edit appointment page, the line is removed and the accommodation only saves the duration time.

Zip code listed at checkout
It would be nice if on the left side of checkout we were able to see the clients zip code since we need to input it for checkout instead of asking them everytime if their card is on file

Report that shows "client accommodations" by staff member.
Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

Provide Report or Filter for Marketing Opt-In Preferences
Add a filter to the client list or a beta report to show what marketing opt-in preference a client has chosen, including if they've opted out, and allow for the ability to export that list.

Report to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week.
Feature Idea:
A report for booking data. Would like to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week/how many appts. are being booked (not how many appointments are on the books).Context:
Our marketing team is trying to figure out which advertisements are working to get clients scheduled, or if there is any correlation at all to our ads or time of year. Having this report would help us line up how many clients we got scheduled based on the ad we are running each week.8 votes -
Add ability to delete or toggle on/off the "manage your appointment" function in the confirmation emails.
Since moving to BLVD about 6 months ago, our cancellation rate has increased by a multiple of 4. The "easy out" 1 click cancel button included in appointment reminders allows the client to cancel without a conversation that would typically lead to a reschedule or would at least let us offer to reschedule. The way it is now makes cancellation "too convenient" without talking to anyone. If we could toggle this function/button on or off it would let us compare cancellation rates with and without it.

Pop up on booking page showing other locations if time slot they wanted is not available
For multiple locations, if a specific booking time is not available at selection location - next closest location will pop up as option for booking

Profile Assignment
The business would like the ability to have one profile with multiple users as they only have one computer and said it is not realistic that each person sign out and then sign in when checking a client out.

Option to categorize or sort clients by the service they received
It would be helpful to be able to sort patients that received services so that we can go back and look at all the clients that did a particular service so we can go back in our content and easily find before and afters
