Region-based pricing
Along with regions, we'd like to see regional pricing where one change on the business level would apply that pricing to all stores within the region rather than having to manually adjust at each location-level

check in via the app
Being able to use the app to check clients in. Unfortunately our internet can be a little spotty and sometimes I'm only able to work using my phone. It would be great to check clients in directly in the app instead of having to sign in on my browser.

Bring the ability to remove individual forms from appointments
Currently if you need to remove a form that isn't needed from an appointment, you have to 'complete it offline' and then 'archive' it. Is there any way we can add a 'remove' option for if the form isn't needed?

Bring back phone number formatting
Phone numbers in client profiles no longer have parenthesis and dashes. It is very hard to parse when dialing the phone.
Old format (937) 837-3755 (don’t dial this, I’m not sure whose number it is, but it is a great example to use here)

To only have First available for online booking for certain services
A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

Form Icon on client profile to see if they completed it
It would be amazing to add a small icon on the client profile to know if the forms are completed or not instead of going into the clients profile looking under forms.

Service providers should be able to leave notes on the Boulevard app without having access to the clients information.

Make modifiers to be reported
Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

Billing: Keep invoices in the correct billing account based on when it owned a location
Locations can be sold between franchises. Billing will reflect previous invoices under the new franchise, when we need visibility into which invoices pertained to which billing account.

Can we please have the ability to select an employee to add commission to gift certificate sales?
We need to be able credit gift certificate sales to the employees who sold them so that their revenue reflects the gift certificates they sell.

Ability to suspend a service for a set amount of time, or manual off and on. For when an immediate shortage of required supplies occurs.
At current, we turn off online booking for this and let all staff know to not book the service but this is not an elegant solution. If there was an option to suspend the service so that it could only be booked on a future date going forward, we wouldn't lose bookings of the service and it would force client and manual booking to only occur when supplies are replenished. If a warning occured when booking that stated, supplies for service not available until xx/xx/xx and only allowed booking after it, this would save two birds with one piece of…
