  2. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  3. Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
    1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
    and also
    2- Uploaded photos on profiles should auto populate instead of having to click

  4. Historical sync with QBO - from an accounting perspective, historical sync is a MUST for any sales platform. Most apps I've used offer this feature and do not charge anything extra for the integration itself. The fact that the Boulevard <> QBO integration is $45/location/month and only begins syncing sales data from the date of integration forward is highly disappointing. If I can find a third-party app that will provide those features, I will definitely switch and cancel my Boulevard integration subscription.

  7. Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

  9. When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

  10. At current the notes of messages end with dot dot dot if it is too long, but I do not believe staff are thinking ever that means there is more. I think they assume the clients or note just end abruptly with “…” because that is the way it was written. I think it would be useful if it either opened the full message when clicked or had a more obvious GUI element to denote that there is more besides being plain text “…”

  12. Ability to print a draft purchase order.

    I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

  13. Automatically Apply Account Credits

    We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Thank you

  15. We know that when keying in a credit card number for sale, the duo requires a customer signature on the iPad. We would like to request this signature for every purchase, including tap/dip/swipe. We would also like access to the signature to provide as evidence in the case of a chargeback.

  16. An option to disable patients from being able to cancel their appointment through email. That way we can get patient to call in to not lose that appointment.

  19. The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.
