Allow for employees to use the mobile app to see their schedules etc while restricting IP for the web version which has more data than the professional app.

Guest should be able to edit their BLVD rating
We had a guest come in who accidentally clicked the wrong rating for his appointment and then couldn't change it. Or at least let us be able to add notes to the rating that we followed up with the guest.

Enabled Services & Commissions at Esthetician Level not the Location Level
When we have 70 locations and one employee will be working at multiple locations it can take hours to enable their services and commissions between multiple locations.
It would be incredible to be able to set the commission and enable service by the esthetician and not by the location.

Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.

Different Booking experience for VIP clients
Ability to have custom after hour options feature for VIP clients: Without changing the business hours, be able to have customizable options like link, or customize certain staff to be available to take clients on off days, or after business hours

When appointment is rescheduled AFTER late cancel cutoff, system should bring up late cancel fee checkout flow after rescheduling is done
Receipt also states "cancellation" it should be "late reschedule fee"
