  1. On the iOS application, when you go to calendar view and select sepicific days in the future it does not select the proper day it will select the same day but the previous week.

  3. Please stop allowing clients to reserve appointments with CareCredit cards. These are not real credit cards & cannot be run if they no-show or cancel last minute. Your system is supposed to be running verification on cards when appts are booked, so it must not be doing this.

  4. When a client late cancels or does not show up, as the operator, we should be able to collect a fee without calling or texting them for a zip code to enter.

  5. Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

  7. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)

  17. We need the option to effortlessly select a service purchased by a patient within the payment methods area and be instantly directed to the original ticket. Presently, this process is quite time-consuming and challenging, particularly with long-standing clients, due to potential inaccuracies in displaying the purchase date or amount within the payment methods section, hindering our ability to locate the corresponding sales ticket.

  20. oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…
