Ability to suspend a service for a set amount of time, or manual off and on. For when an immediate shortage of required supplies occurs.
At current, we turn off online booking for this and let all staff know to not book the service but this is not an elegant solution. If there was an option to suspend the service so that it could only be booked on a future date going forward, we wouldn't lose bookings of the service and it would force client and manual booking to only occur when supplies are replenished. For email and text reminders, it would be great if BLVD allowed us to specify weekdays.
We are closed on weekends so we want our clients receiving email reminders 5 business days/weekdays prior and text reminders 3 business days/weekdays prior and not have the weekends count.

show the full service name on commission report
Currently when you run the commission report, it cuts off the name of the service. You should be able to see the full service name for accurate reporting.

Membership Transaction History Report
Need to be able to print or save as PDF the membership/ account credit transaction history when client requests for a transaction report to confirm they are up to date of their credits or if there are confusions to how many credits/vouchers they have.
Also helps if clients can see their balances through their own client portal

Real time system updates for inventory
Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

Tighten up the Hipaa compliance
When a patient schedules an appointment they get a detailed email that includes personal information like what treatment they are getting. Med spas have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

Waitlisted Client Prompting
When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

Records and/or log of when a staff member puts a tag on a client profile.
Please make a record/log in the client notes when a staff member puts a tag on a client profile. Currently, if a staff adds a tag you and doesn't leave a note on their profile there is no way to trace back who put the tag on there and when it was added to the profile. This would be very helpful.

have a direct link for the waitlist
Instead of only having the waitlist available for the client to sign up on when there are no slots available, having a waitlist link that the stylists can post on their social media. That way clients can directly sign up for the waitlist instead of going through the entire process.

Arrival Notification to Provider Should Include Service(s)
When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.

When a client is booking their appointment online, they can add products in their appointments (this can help the client remember what they need and see new products, also help the front desk know that the client needs these products at their appointment... and we can place an order if we are low)

New Guest Logo is in bright red so it's easier to recognize a new guest
It would be easier to recognize a new guest on the schedule if the logo appeared in a bright red color, vs just the star or heart (can't remember which one it is at the moment.)

Report separating business charge from Commisionable totals
We are currently using the business charge. We would like a report that separates this charge from the service totals in a report so the stylists can see the actual amount they are being paid on. This would be ideal in Mobile app as well.

Confirmation time stamp
It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

Check out Retail Item Name
Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

Multiple barcode for products
Occassionally manufacturers will alter or update an items barcode for their own reasons. Businesses are placed in a strange situation where although the product is largely the same (size, color, volume, formula) but the packaging has been altered so that the barcode is different or the name of the product is slightly different.
Remaining stock needs scannability with the old barcode, but new stock needs the new barcode. Having the ability to have both scans register as the same product would make the transition seamless for staff requiring only input of this into the product details if it were possible.

Include all booked appointments in Reports (not just closed ones)
3 of our 4 locations are rental, and not everyone processes their service payments through Boulevard. We would love to have a report for ALL booked appointments regardless of if they are checked out, so that we have an accurate appointment count for each location.
