Cost of Service Reporting
Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

Update client expierience page to show full number for online booking time frame.
The new client experience page is useful for seeing many items in one location, I just found that it only shows two digits for the timeframe for online booking. I freaked out when I thought my booking was only open for 18 days. I then realized it was 180, but not showing the third digit. This is true on multiple browsers and multiple screen sizes.

Ability to toggle online booking to show clients All Times vs only showing Best Times
Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

One client booked with two stylists. When ringing up, one checkout vs two
I had one client booked for with two different stylists in the same day. When I went to check them out, I had to ring them up separately (i.e. ring up services with one stylist first, then with the other as a separate transaction). I would love to be able to do this all in one transaction.

what just happened with the add ons?
It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

Update the "schedule" view to show number of forms that were assigned to the appointment
The schedule view has some utility, but it is hard to know if someone was assigned a form that wasn't completed. A third column for "assigned forms" would allow us to see if they have forms that should be completed so we can make sure we get the information from them.

multi check out
when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

Ability to manually add a service fee at checkout
We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

Group all appointments for the client into ONE BOX on the schedule. Combine the times and make it one big box.
On the daily schedule, if a client is doing a bunch of things, combine the all the separate services together... make it one big box with a list of services instead of a bunch of little ones. Especially if it's the SAME TYPE SERVICE.

Better sales report
The sales report shows income with services purchased with gift cards and account credit, but that isn't an accurate report because that wasn't income generated that day.

Hover mouse over employee icon to show services offered
It would be great if you could hover your mouse over each employee icon it would show the services they do or offer when in the Calendar view. This would allow easy access when scheduling to know who can and can't do certain services. This would be especially helpful when someone is new to the system it displays everything they need to schedule appointments smoothly.

The business wants to be able to run a report that shows a master list of SP's, the services they provide and the set cost.

Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

Re-set lists to page one when changing filters on the products page
When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...
Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.
I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)
The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.
The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.
