  1. Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.

  2. I would love to have a feature where you can document a procedure that could reoccur, like a laser, but then pull up the same form for their next appointment to be able to see what was done last and document the new appointment. Finding we may have to go back to paper charting for this, which is not ideal.

  3. When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.

  4. Some of our patients don't need to check out at the end of their service. They just need to be seen. So I'd like to be able to move them to completed without having to do all the extra steps of checking out.

  6. To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile

    Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws

  7. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"

  9. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  10. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  11. When rescheduling resources there is ZERO need to email a client about the change! Boulevard is WAY to notify the client centric! Do not EVER email clients about resource change. Best implementation would be toggle for default to email clients of appointment changes or not. Rather check the box to notify than to uncheck to not notify. Software cannot keep up as fast as changes can be made (checkboxes are sometimes slow to respond) and would rather say oops, I should have than oops, I did, especially if just rearranging resources.

    This would be as simple as a toggle switch…

  12. We just added our first add-on! Yay. But we have discovered you cannot actually see that there is an add-on in the mobile calendar without clicking into the apt and reading carefully. This needs to be visual and bold.

    We are having reception leave notes to staff on top of their shift for the day in a block, but pls make some kind of add-on marker!! or they will totally be missed. Building it was easy though and we are excited by this option!

  19. With the improved retention, reports add client tags, and services name, so the report can exclude clients who are tourists, or clients who no call/no show and were charged late cancelation fees
