  1. Adding in a Wholesaler Feature.
    I have an acne clinic and have my own product line. I offer acne trying for estheticians and purchasing my acne line wholesale for their own acne centers. It would be fantastic if boulevard had a feature to add in whole sale accounts where I can keep track of their reseller permits, Their product purchases, NBe able to sale them 50% off products, and make these purchases tax exempt.   2. It would be nice to be able to adjust a booking's client/name. As of now, having to cancel the booking, then rebook takes too much time at check in or check out, the guest typically has to wait, creating a bad experience.

  3. We have a sauna and salt room. We would love to offer these as add-on services at the time of booking, but the current add-on system only allows services that can be performed by the same provider.

    A mechanism to allow these services to be listed as add-ons would greatly increase their utilization and profitability for us.

  4. I should be able to process a deposit fee (whether a percentage of the total service or a flat fee) at the time I'm creating a dashboard appointment. I shouldn't have to then close that out, do a separate "new sale" under the patient profile to then have them purchase a dollar amount. That also requires me to create a special service to be able to charge in the new sale. It's a clunky and unwieldy workflow that can easily be rectified by simply allowing for a deposit fee option when creating an appointment.

  5. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

  6. It makes no sense to include tips in net sales if your team members receive their tips or a portion of their tips. That is not revenue - it's tips (totally separate). Why isn't it possible to remove this through a simple filter?

    I've spoken to multiple team members (chat, chatbot, tier 1, and tier 2) and no one could understand or explain how this misleads the numbers. I was told it was a "simple configuration issue" and pushed off to the next person - only to waste an hour of my time trying to explain that a sale is…

  7. Need a detailed log of each and every change made to reservations, with what exactly was changed and with the name of which employee made the change.

  8. During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

  9. The ability to change the frequency of perks separate from the membership frequency. For instance, I want the patient to be build monthly for a year long membership and have a perk added to their account every 3 months.

  14. We have 3 chairs for IV infusions. We need the ability for 15 minute set up time at the beginning of each appointment so 3 people will not book at the same time. There is an option for transition time at the end, but we need the option at the beginning. IF 3 people book at the same time slot 1 patient would be waiting possibly 30 minutes to start if this cannot be corrected.

  15. Referral Program: It would be nice if we could set up different referral programs for different stylist. That way some stylist get to choose if they want to run a special or not.

  16. My state just passed a bill requiring sick time pay and all commissioned stylist have to start clocking in and out to track hours worked. Hours Worked is not always equivalent to Hours Booked. Can this category be added to the staff performance report?
    The Dept of Labor requires that commissions paid be equivalent to at least minimum wage, so this is an important report to have!

  20. I would like a feature that once a client checks in it starts to track how long the client is in the salon from check in to check out. I am trying to track how long it takes employees to do services start to finish for performance evaluation. I have a goal time for each service, and this feature will allow me to track if they are falling in that goal.
