More Granular Employee Access & Improved Inventory Report Filtering
It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

phone app to show more client details
In the case of quickly confirming client details such as address, date of birth, etc.. it would be helpful if the information was available to view in the boulevard employee phone app.

Marketing text blasts should not appear as new conversations in messages
Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

Sell a package and redeem a voucher in the same transaction
It would be nice to not have to perform two transactions when adding a package if the service they are receiving applies to that package. Example: if a client has a facial and a B12 shot. They want to add a package for the shot and pay for the facial. It would be nice to "hold" or unclick the shot, add the package and process the payment for the facial and the package , then once the package is added we can select the voucher and close the transaction. ACCEPT/DECLINE Online Bookings
We should be able to accept or decline online bookings before they are scheduled onto our books. It doesn't make sense that I am even having to put this in as a suggestion. Other programs have done this 10 years ago and there is no downside to it. A client will get a notification saying that the booking is under review and will be notified when accepted or declined. The salon/studio gets a notification under a master account and should be checked first thing in the morning to see if it works in the books or not. If a stylist/therapist…

Have a way for tips to go directly to the provider
We currently do not uses the tip feature in blvd bc we do not want to pay taxes on tips to our providers. We are currently using venmo and tippy and that does not create the best check out process having the have the client fumble through other apps to tip their provider. Is there a way that providers can have their bank account automatically set up to receive tips or partner with tippy to create this feature?

It would be helpful to be able to change the client from the appointment edit screen. Currently we have to cancel an appointment and create a new one. This is challenging when there are multiple providers with add ons and different services. This is usually an issue with our membership clients. Being that they can share their membership, they sometimes book people other than themselves for appointments instead of creating them their own profile. Also, we sometimes have parents who book for their children and so on and so forth.

Online booking restrictions for new clients
If we could enable certain services to only be available for online booking if they are established clients. This would be useful for services that require a consultation prior.

Services performed with treatment price and commission earned
Products sold with price and commission
Tips received (ideally per service or per day)
Daily totals and overall payout
This report was essential for reviewing payroll and reconciling provider compensation.

Redirect booking page to a Thank You page
BLVD currently doesn't have a way to automatically redirect the client to a new page after an appointment has been booked through the standard booking widget. This is a very simple function and a critical one for anyone who runs FB ads. We need to be able to track conversion from the booking widget and this is what's necessary to be able to do it correctly. End of Day Sales Report (Auto)
It is helpful to have a simple text or email with a few financial metrics, sent to us at the end of the day. For example, service sales, product sales, discount total, and total sales. If this could be turned on to send daily at the EOB that would be super helpful! Only sent to "owner" access.

Have who booked an appointment on the appointment in the book
When we book appointments internally either by call-ins or by various staff members via the app. Have who booked it labeled on the specific appointment. And a way to see any edit, updates, or reschedules listed on the specific appointment. Helps track if there is a scheduling error etc.

Create a way to add custom duration directly in the "accomodations" tab of a clien'ts proile.
You can only adjust and save a specific client's duration on the book and save it. I would like to be able to just add a new accomodation under their profile.

I need to have the ability to have commission calculated off of the retail price of a service. Currently if a voucher is used there is no commission paid as the price is $0. Also if there is a sale then commission is calculated off the sale price. This causes us to have to manually run reports on services rendered then manually figure what commission is owed. This is causing us to have much more work for office staff.

Customize Voucher Payout amounts and Deduct amount allocated to account credit from total value
Option to select Customize Payout or Payout Evenly. Currently the amount paid in for a package is divided equally amongst all of the services allowed to be utilized for each voucher. However, if the package is a massage, facial, shampoo blowout, and makeup.... Some services are at a lower price and should not be paid equal to a higher priced services. For Example:
$350 Day at the Spa = Massage, Facial, Makeup, Blowout. Currently pays out at $87.5 each but should be $80 massage, $150 facial, $60 makeup, $60 Blowout
