  1. It would be convenient to be able to add a new client through the "Message" tab without having to click the "Client" tab. Being a new location, we have new clients messaging us to get scheduled so when I add them as a client, I have to copy their information down, then click the "Client" tab to "Add New Client". If this can be done through the actual message itself, it would save on time and efficiency.

  3. We know that when keying in a credit card number for sale, the duo requires a customer signature on the iPad. We would like to request this signature for every purchase, including tap/dip/swipe. We would also like access to the signature to provide as evidence in the case of a chargeback.

  4. Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

  5. We use the notes to store important information- including scanned forms since there is nowhere else to store them. It is very easy to delete these. You should be prompted to ask before deleting a note OR have a safe space for uploaded forms to be stored- maybe with the other forms.

  7. It would be great if we could have an option to say "Memberships automatically cancel after being unpaid for X days or months" We would definitely want this to be a customizable setting, perhaps even on the location level, but it would help has from ending up with 100s of past due memberships on our books

  10. Right now, there are three cases that cause a lot of confusion internally.
    - Email addresses are not required for profiles
    - Multiple profiles with the same email address can be created
    - Case sensitivity in emails (which doesn't exist on any other platform), which means chris@ is considered different from Chris@

  11. In our old system, we were able to run a report that showed us our productivity in hrs sold vs. hrs available to sell. We plan according to hours needing to sell for so much to be profitable and it helps to forcast the potential business based on hours booked and hrs still available to schedule. We are Strategies coaching clients and we need this data for our reports with them as well.

  13. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

  14. Feature Idea:
    A report for booking data. Would like to know how many clients are scheduling appointments each week/how many appts. are being booked (not how many appointments are on the books).

    Context:
    Our marketing team is trying to figure out which advertisements are working to get clients scheduled, or if there is any correlation at all to our ads or time of year. Having this report would help us line up how many clients we got scheduled based on the ad we are running each week.

  15. Customer (Mane Techniques Hair Company LLC) wants to be able to track the vouchers that are about to expire to alert customers that they need to use the voucher before it expires. Going through each client profile for this info is not time effective. They also want to be able to track the amount of money the business can lose if the vouchers are not being used by clients.

  20. Otherwise the calendar is illegible. I don't understand how anyone can look at the calendar and make sense of it. See attached pic, it's ugly. Even if you limit the number of service providers to spread out columns the issue persists.
