we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.

Develop a way to create a quote/estimate for clients.

Currently, there is no option to require a handwritten signature only for the forms and charts signature control. Only to disable the handwritten signature and allow "type"

Have a function that creates a blocked time or event for the entire staff. This would be great for marking out meetings, trainings, etc..

Manual back dating charts/gallery photos
Have an option to back date a chart for late or forgotten documentation for the day of the appointment. Same with adding photos to the gallery.

It would be helpful if you were able to add a 'service' to a ticket when checking out a sale/client ticket
without having to physically create an appointment on the books -- for ease of checkout but still showing up on the reports as a service

Flag for clients with notifications turned off
We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.
Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?

Medical Director Note
What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

Automatic Voiding/Deletion of Expired Vouchers for Recurring Memberships
Our business does not mind if expired "package/series" vouchers from a one time purchase are still displayed, however for our Recurring Monthly Charged Memberships that automatically add new vouchers every month, we would like for those to be automatically deleted from client profiles.
At this point, we have thousands of expired vouchers from active or in-active memberships that are starting to slow down opening and reading our member's payment method tabs. And deleting expired vouchers take a couple of hours per client depending on how long they have been coming.
This would be a HUGE improvement in efficiency and relaying…

Allow offers to be applied to certain clients
In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.
