Filter client list by last appointment without including clients that are already scheduled in the future

Helpful for marketing campaigns to win back clients. Currently clients filtered by last appointment (i.e. last appointment 6 months ago) will also include clients who already have appointments on the books coming up. The ability to filter these out would allow partners to create buyback campaigns for those clients which are not scheduled at all.

    Ability to build an automatic campaign for member status and recent services 90 days after a completed appointment -- Looking at the filters, it looks like we have "recent appointment" but I assume we'd have to build out the other two filters (member status & 90 days) -- Requested by 4Ever Young (45 location prospect)
