being able to pin patient profile notes to the top of their profiles would help so much!! like if there's a patient who has a note that they need extended service time, being able to pin that to the top of the patients profile rather than only being able to leave scheduling alerts would help a lot, especially in situations where the notes don't need to / shouldn't be a popup like a scheduling alert
