  3. Currently, once you redeem a voucher, it disappears from payment methods and under history it just shows $0.00 for the service. Having a membership based business, it is a headache to identify how many vouchers was used from which month looking at the history. Maybe have a Redeemed Voucher section?

  4. Switching over from meevo here....

    In meevo, I can go directly to the register and ring up a service for a client w/o creating a new appointment.

    I had to refund a client because we rang her up for the wrong service. But I had to create a new appointment for her to be able to charge her. It's an inconvenient extra step. Would have been easier if in 'New Sale' the option to charge for a service was available.

    Same for ringing up a walk in client for product. Meevo has 'Anonymous Male, Anonymous Female option in the register…

  5. When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

  7. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past. This use to not be an issue. I would LOVE if…

  8. We have had multiple issues where a confirmation text is sent and the guest never replies. We then send a different message and if they reply with a "yes" it confirms the appointment and hides the text message. We then don't know that they replied to our question.

    Any text sent from the business after a confirmation text should cancel out the confirmation system (possibly with a warning that we need to manually confirm the appointment)

  14. Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.

  16. Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?

  19. We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.
