  1. I would like the ability to edit the name of the uploaded document. Right now the only way to rename an attached file is to redownload it and then upload with a different title.

  2. Would love to be able to see the voucher expiration dates at checkout. If a client has multiple sets of vouchers we want to be able to redeem the ones that are going to expire rather than the ones they just earned. Or just have them only apply the ones that are going to expire soon in order they earned them oldest>newest. We have been checking by going into their profile > payment methods to see when they expire then go back and apply the correct vouchers.

Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

  4. In our salon it would be a great deal of help to be able to choose specifically to redeem birthday points for loyalty program members since it only allows you to redeem all points or no points rather than a specified amount from clients points.

When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

  7. When adding a service to an existing appointment it is natural to choose the time, then the service (since the blanks are in that order). When you choose the service, the time reverts to the ending of the last service on the appointment even if you chose something different (say, before the first service). It would make more sense to keep the selected time (or default to the end if nothing is chosen) when choosing the service to add.

  8. To allow the duration time for any service to be 0h 0m when working with an assistant to allow client to double book online for services. Also, if you are able to click a check box for assistant for each service. For instance, if the assistant is applying a root color, then the stylist can be doing a haircut/blowdry. Clients can book online for each service for the allotted time of 1h each.

  9. Currently, clients aren't required to leave a credit card if they're not booking fully and just joining the waitlist. It's counterproductive that it's the 'exception' to the rule!

    It's easier to book from the waitlist knowing their card is already on file instead of trying to hunt a client for their cc info last minute (since it's our policy...many times it took 3 days to get in touch with a client to add their cc info before booking an appointment) or maybe even collecting a small deposit or percentage of the service to join the waitlist.   11. In previous booking services we have used, they have the ability to discount any upcoming membership billing and have it go back to full price after. In boulevard, you can do that with only the first billing. Our referral program offers discounts on your next monthly payment for referring a friend. We are not able to do this with boulevard

  17. Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.

    This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

  19. there needs to be a full price option to charge a no show client.
    Different salons have different cancellation policies.

    creating a product "cancellation fee" and then having to remove tax is to much extra work in order just to make one switch from 50% charge to full price charge
