  2. Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.

  4. Currently, if you want to book a group of new clients, it requires only one person to put down the deposit. I would like to be able for each member of a group, self-book on the scheduled date and require them to put their credit card info in the system. This way, each person would have to put a deposit on their reservation instead of it just being under one party. We are scheduling a group of 12 new clients and I don't want to have to call each person and ask their credit card info. It would be easier…

  6. We are having issues of clients showing up late and thus we need a checkin time 5 minutes before the start of the appointment. One simple way to do that would be to give us the option of placing transition time before the appointment instead of after. Or simply having a "checkin" time option that starts 5' early.

    Benefit: We can shorten our appointment times and be more profitable.

  8. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past.   9. So that future appts don't have a deposit. This is confusing to the staff and client. It should be that the deposit (and only that portion) for a particular service is FORCED to be used for the particular service that created it. Lapsed appts with deposits should have option of automatic redemption of it.

    For example if a service is $10 and deposit is 50% but client has 4 repeating appointments of it. Checkout of 1st appt will show ACCT BAL of $20, client will pay, staff will use ACCT BAL and potentially even tip from the balance... Expected behavior…

  13. When redeeming a voucher it is ZEROING out the service for the service provider so her tips are being calculated on $0. We then need to manually calculate the tip amount to add back in when members checkout and tip a flat %% like 20%. SPs should be being tipped on the Member Price for the individual service that is part of the Membership voucher package.

    So for a Refill where we sell 4x$30 vouchers for $108 vs $120 bought individually (10% discount incentive) they should be paid commission on the $27 ($30 less membership equivalent of 10%) and the…

  14. The "Add form" feature currently doesn't make sense. It automatically prompts the person that is adding a form to a client to fill it out themselves. In 99.9% of instances that form needs to be filled out by a client / patient. That form should be added to the client's appointment so they can fill it out on the business's ipad or their own device. This would be extremely useful because we have clients requesting additional services at the time of an appointment. Some of those services require another consent form.

  15. Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?

  16. We send out messages and many of them once sent do not need to be looked at. I imagine most salons also only want to see messages that a response was received. If this option existed it would save all staff time of archiving messages that we sent out.

  18. During covid we have had a lot of instances of needing to maybe close early or schedule lunches for multiple people at the same time. It would be useful to be able to add more than one person while creating a repeating block, instead of having to do it for every stylist.
