  4. Every time someone books a guest appt, it creates a new profile and doesn't link to our current clients. This causes duplicate profile, new intakes, and more problems. If the guest is a current client, they should be able to enter the email and link the accounts for the guest as well. This will also help with completing proper forms.

  10. Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

  11. For what we pay as Boulevard members I believe we deserve to have better custom support. The help chat feels like a joke with ridiculous wait times recently have been over an hour, last chat was close to 3 hours. I feel like there should be a way to schedule a call with tech support when we have something we need help on. I understand you guys thrive on "good tech" but you need a human element. We are all in Customer facing businesses and to be able to talk to a live person is invaluable!!!

I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

  18. Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.

  19. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINITELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  20. A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.
