  1. This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…

  5. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

  7. Right now as someone who just joined BLVD. I don't have the capability to send out a mass email to ALL my clients......There NEEDS to be a a tab to select all clients so they know my availability and I am able to fill spots

  13. We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.

  19. Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.
