  2. Currently, clients aren't required to leave a credit card if they're not booking fully and just joining the waitlist. It's counterproductive that it's the 'exception' to the rule!

    It's easier to book from the waitlist knowing their card is already on file instead of trying to hunt a client for their cc info last minute (since it's our policy...many times it took 3 days to get in touch with a client to add their cc info before booking an appointment) or maybe even collecting a small deposit or percentage of the service to join the waitlist.   3. In previous booking services we have used, they have the ability to discount any upcoming membership billing and have it go back to full price after. In boulevard, you can do that with only the first billing. Our referral program offers discounts on your next monthly payment for referring a friend. We are not able to do this with boulevard

  9. We are recommending an implementation of a basic report that we can pull to show Any appointment that shows quick Appointment Data:

    Service booked

    Date when Appointment was Booked

    Date of Actual Appointment Service.

    We have high ticket PMU (Cosmetic Tattoo Services) and Lash Services which can block off 2-3 hours of time and our front desk needs to follow up consistently with these appointments to ensure the clients fill out all their proper forms ahead of time and also do not cancel their appointment.   11. We are having issues of clients showing up late and thus we need a checkin time 5 minutes before the start of the appointment. One simple way to do that would be to give us the option of placing transition time before the appointment instead of after. Or simply having a "checkin" time option that starts 5' early.

    Benefit: We can shorten our appointment times and be more profitable.

  14. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past.   17. The "Add form" feature currently doesn't make sense. It automatically prompts the person that is adding a form to a client to fill it out themselves. In 99.9% of instances that form needs to be filled out by a client / patient. That form should be added to the client's appointment so they can fill it out on the business's ipad or their own device. This would be extremely useful because we have clients requesting additional services at the time of an appointment. Some of those services require another consent form.

  18. Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?

  20. We send out messages and many of them once sent do not need to be looked at. I imagine most salons also only want to see messages that a response was received. If this option existed it would save all staff time of archiving messages that we sent out.
