  2. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  4. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

  5. I would love to be able to check out a Client for products, packages or services by sending an invoice to them so they can pay for the transaction on their own. This would be useful for cancellation fees.

  6. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  11. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.   13. The color scheme on the desktop version of BLVD differs from the app version when it comes to schedules. The app shows gray if a SP is not scheduled and white when they are scheduled, and the desktop is the opposite. It's caused some confusion with staff and would be great if it was cohesive throughout.

  15. currently clients can only Opt-In to Text Marketing via logging into their online client profile or online booking. It would be efficient/ideal for the practice to inquire on their New Client Intake Forms. It would w/out a doubt yield a higher client Opt-In overall and create ease both for practice as well as clients.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in.     We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  20. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.
