  1. This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

  7. Please let us edit automated client emails like receipts and confirmations, in more detail. They sound generic, and it’s wild that this basic feature costs extra- as much as a phone bill! We just want our messages to sound like our brand. Many other platforms I compared you to offer client communication at no additional cost or at much higher quantities per tier. Please update this!

  11. The cards that are store in the payment methods should also be an option to use in the membership payment options. If a client changes the card on file and deletes the old card, the membership still charges that card that was deleted from the payment section. When I added the clients new card to the membership payment it also shows up in the payment section as an option to charge. It should go both ways whatever cards in the payment methods should able to be selected without having to retrieve the card number from the client again. I see…

  13. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

  17. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion
