  1. A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

  3. Can Boulevard please consider integrating with Tippy. We had it with our Envision software and it was a game changer for the stylists. Tips go straight to the stylist and there is a huge increase in tips.

  17. Hi,

    As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work.     As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.
