Invoices!!!
If patients only pay partial or have issues at checkout it would be nice to be able to send an inovice so we do not lose track of payments needed

It would be great to be able to take in monies and then allocate them to products and treatments, then if not paid in full that order stays open and can be flagged or filtered and remaining payment can be taken in order for order to be closed out.

When clients late cancel or no show, they tend to block their cards afterwards so we aren't able to charge it.

We need invoices to be available to be sent via text and or email for clients services such as hair extensions, services, etc.

A feature to be able to email clients payable invoices. Useful for off-site events like weddings, as well as product sales where the client texts what they want set aside for them and can send them an invoice to reserve those products.

I would love to be able to check out a Client for products, packages or services by sending an invoice to them so they can pay for the transaction on their own. This would be useful for cancellation fees.

This a big miss in the current features. Often times I book clients virtually and then if they no-show there's no CC on file since I booked it. We have to be able to send them an invoice.

In agreement here. This is incredibly important to our practice and was a feature that was available on our previous system that we actually liked. It would also be nice to be able to send clients QUOTES for services and not have to create an actual invoice unless the client is proceeding with said outlined treatment.

HAVING THE ABILITY TO SEND INVOICES IS CRITICAL! We do some telemedicine and it is so terrible and unprofessional having to call them for payment or ask them to zelle to avoid a higher transaction fee.

This is critical and should have been a no brainer for a credit card processing company/software. It's my understanding that taking payment over the phone means the card is not present, therefore I'm going to be charged a higher transaction fee which isn't fair and seems opportunistic of Blvd to make more money from small businesses because of the lack of payment features...

i am an independent stylist and do a ton of jobs traveling, my clients need to be invoices and do not want to create a profile go thought the whole app/system. it would help to have that as a feature to send out as we see fit
