ABSOLUTELY. I was just typing submitting an idea regarding the astronomical fees for basic client communication needs that other platforms include for FREE because they are critical. I'm sick of paying more than an actual phone bill to communicate through BLVD . I have turned that feature off because it's such a turn off and it's confusing to the client when they get confirmation texts from Blvd's number.

YES FOR SURE. Blvd reviews mean nothing and do nothing for us! We are highly rated on Google and get the majority of our guests from there!

This is critical and should have been a no brainer for a credit card processing company/software. It's my understanding that taking payment over the phone means the card is not present, therefore I'm going to be charged a higher transaction fee which isn't fair and seems opportunistic of Blvd to make more money from small businesses because of the lack of payment features...

Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.
