  2. I have renters at 3 of my 4 locations, and some of them use Boulevard at home on their computer after hours. I want to limit the "Assign Services" privilege for them, so that they can only edit their own service timing and pricing (not for other stylists, or for the salon as a whole). It needs to be a separate permission, and not accessible to the whole company's services.

  7. With the latest update to the booking system, blvd separated appointment scheduling from product sales to provide a more streamlined and organized experience for both practitioners and patients. To complement this change, we propose a new feature that notifies practitioners immediately when a patient makes a product purchase rather just in the daily summary sales that some staff roles do not have access to. We propose that when a patient completes a product purchase via the updated booking link, the system will automatically send a real-time notification to the software/practitioner.   9. We would like a way to stagger/ space out when Membership perks are received by the Client after a membership purchase.

    For example, a client would get to get a trusculpt or truflex each month with a total of 10 truflex and 2 trusculpt. The trusculpt need to be spaced out to mo 2 and 7 while truflex they would receive the other months.

  10. If we want to know the patient’s previous neurotoxins and placements during an exam, there isn’t a way to easily move between previous visits.

  14. Forms should be sent in order to the client. In order from client intake form etc. Currently forms are out of order i.e. first from is HIPAA and 4th is intake form. Intake should be #1.

  16. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  17. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!
