Enter purchase orders for service inventory
I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.
This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.
I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

Prospr integration
Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

cancellation policy by location
Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

click on calendar opens patient
When you click on calendar, it opens patient. I HATE having to go off calenedar, look up patient. too awkward. This would be a great step saver

new update is giving windows 2
To anyone that is even semi coherent while also being past the age of 60 years old feels like they’ve been transported back into 2005 windows 2 graphics & technology. Top tier New York City salons have cited the inefficiency of this update multiple times which makes it even more detrimental to all professionals nationwide and also worldwide. It’s disappointing to have access to a system that heavily advertises for modern salon technology but reverts to something prehistoric. If my work place is suffering to your technological inabilities then I am fearful for the rest of our industry.

Customizable Summary Views
Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:
- Select which data columns to display
- Arrange columns in their preferred order
- Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
- Save custom Summary layouts for future use
Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

Enhance Appointment Service Records Report with Timezone Adjustment and Staff Name Display
This feature would improve the Appointment Service Records Report by adding two key functionalities:
- Timezone Adjustment: Allow users to view the report in their local timezone, enhancing accuracy and convenience for businesses operating across different time zones.
- Staff Name Display: Introduce an option to show staff names alongside or instead of staff IDs, making the report more user-friendly and easier to interpret at a glance.
These enhancements would significantly improve the report's usability, providing more relevant and easily understandable information to users managing appointments and staff schedules.

inventory
I wish when scanning out inventory, such as color used for the day, that you could scan all items at once and it accounts for duplicates. This was something that was really beneficial on our former salon software, STX.

Refer a friend
Your client portal is difficult to navigate with the new refer a friend. Once they sign in it should be write on the front page. It says make an appt. and then gift card. It should be refer a friend directly under that. You have them look at past appts. Then they have to get a code. Then click on their name. And then .... see refer a friend. LORD. Make this more user friendly. My older clients will absolutely not do this.

Improved patient check out experience
You check out processing is outdated and clunky. Having a front desk is outdated here in CA and we are moving toward a more patient friendly operational experience for the patient in which they stay where they are and we come to them for a mobile check out experience. Your competition, Mangomint is already doing this. Not having the ability for 1 device for check out- clinic provider phone or just an iPad needs to be looked at. Deleting the "book next appt" button in emailed receipt if you don't offer on-line booking
In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

Allow manual double booking by stylist over already booked time slots/personal time blocks
Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Add ability to add hyperlinks to client chart notes
Google workspace allows for hippa compliant licenses. MDs could use Blvd more as an EMR by using google docs and linking them into Blvd. This would allow them to create flowsheets such as weight loss, and use templated chart notes. Currently they would have to download the doc as a pdf and upload- which is alot of steps. A direct link would be much better

online booking
A lot of our patients are having trouble with the book online link. When they're existing patients and they log in, the service menu does not appear. However, if they click "new patient? book now" it does give them the service menu. It's weird.

Mark-up in charts deletes the notes and mark-ups
When the iPad goes from landscape to portrait or the other way around it deletes the notes and mark-ups. This happens a lot with our providers.

Audience Filter by Rating
Scents of Serenity would like to be able to filter their client list by ratings in order to efficiently follow up with them.

alerts for form status
Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

Account credits need to show differently in payments for account balances
Account credits are reflected the same whether the client paid, or put a balance on their account. We allow certain clients to split payments for big ticket services over time (internal financing). The only way to ascertain that a client did not pay in full is to run a client outstanding receivables report. On the payments & refunds report, the transaction shows up as payment method=account credit even if the client ends up with a negative account balance.
