Definition of new client needs clarification or alignment
The outcome or definition is different depending on what report you are pulling. New client in reporting is based on if boulevard has seen the client w appt before as opposed to on calendar it's when a new profile first has a service. Then to further complicate things, if you pull retention metrics is based on whether the service provider has seen the person or not.

Make a Beta or regular report to export inventory in a Shopify format
This would be very useful for the first time upload of products to Shopify before merging data with Boulevard. Right now it is very hard (sometimes impossible) to get the information needed out of Boulevard and then to format it properly to import into Shopify.

Show Ratings on Online Booking
Vagaro shows the staff member's rating number (5 stars, etc) on their online booking, and we would love that feature too! Currently the ratings in Boulevard are really only seen by the front desk team - they need to be seen by clients to really be helpful!

Email the amount and deposit date for each transfer
We moved from Square to BLVD and this is one feature I miss. I liked seeing email messages that let me know how much and when each transfer would be,
i.e. "Your Friday transfer of $3,561.00 will be sent on Sunday"
It would be nice to not manually have to check on transfers.

requirement for patient profiles
i'd like it to be mandatory for clients to need to include their DOB, address, and emergency contact when booking in addition to full name, phone number and email address instead of manually having to add this from my created forms

Make service provider badge at top of calendar view state booking interval for that viewed day
And give those with manage privilige ability to change single day's booking interval for that day from that view. Trying to cut down steps of when a manger sees that a particular day would benefit from altering this hidden feature that greatly impacts booking, from a dozen clicks of navigation to less and more intuitive.

Quickly be able to identify time block reason such as - "Ask before booking" "Sick" "Color Only" " Book am first" "only existing clients here" "Lunch"

New icons to specify if a client wants a specific level of stylist (1, 2, 3, or 4), if they want a level or higher/lower, if they don't care what level they get. Helps prevent customer service issues if moving to different level stylists, etc.

For the purposes of ambiguity of staff due to their initials being identical
Match the service provider badge color with their color on the schedule to expand UI cohesiveness, also if initials for multiple staff are identical, display further letters until ambiguity is no longer valid.

A non-requested booking waitlist/queue
In which clients (or front desk) book the appointment and the appointments go into a feed that insert the appointments to the available times throughout the day but have no attached requested staff and are horizontally transferable. This column (working slightly like a resource) would have its own service prices that the performing service provider simply inherits for that appointment when an appointment gets assigned to them. Clients would book these "free agent" type blocks and receive confirmation the day before of whom and when their appointment exactly would be. Report for guest product purchases
It would be SOOOO helpful to have a report that shows guest names that purchases with timeframes that we select. For example, we run promotions and I would love to run a report that I can enter the timeframe where it shows me the guests that purchase X number of products and what they purchased within that period.

No automatic responses to "YES"
Clients are constantly replying to us for rescheduling or moving appts and when they reply yes it is automatically replied to and closed. It causes more issues and client confusion

Ability to Click on Month and show Reports - or arrows to each month
Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

Clicki Integration
We are using a new software called Clicki (https://clicki.io) to pay our clients to promote us on social media. We pay our clients $1.00 for each unique click they generate for our company.
It has been fantastic - so much so we have stopped all our google pay per click and now only pay our clients to promote us. Would love to see a more formal integration with this new innovative company and concept.
