  1. As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high).…

  2. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

  3. Ability to set up an alert to a specific email address when a new appointment is booked by a certain client. The use case is for location managers to receive an advanced alert when a VIP client books an appointment to prepare their staff and salon.

  5. Our nail salon needs services to happen simultaneously so people can get their manicures and pedicures at the same time instead of back to back. The only way for clients to book this way online is through the Group appointment link, however since it is only themselves it’s not obvious enough and they book an individual appointment. Please allow us to change “group” to “multiple” and it should help this issue significantly!

  6. Many client end up tipping assistant 5 cent instead of 5 dollars because they need to add 2 zeros. Could add an option for 3 different dollars amounts for assistant like, 5 $ 10$ or 20$ and custom amount.

  7. We have clients fill out paper forms for follow ups, etc. We need to be able to scan these documents and add them to their visit (where Charts & Forms show up). We like the paper check lists, not interested in making these digital as they help us with in-clinic patient flow.

  12. If autocorrect changes a patient name while they are filling out their forms, it will change it in their patient profile. Can we disable this feature? If we, or the patient, does not catch this change, it makes it difficult to find patient profiles.

    I can turn autocorrect off on our check-in iPads but this does not solve the problem if patients are filling their forms out on their personal devices prior to their appointment.

  13. The daily summary report is helpful to get a nice view of daily sales for an entire month. It would be even better if that report had the option to show payment methods, or if there was a separate report that included payment methods. A report like this would make it very easy to export a large volume of daily sales data for import into accounting software.

  17. When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.

    The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…
