  1. I would like to set up a new merchant account for all IV/Vitamin Therapy services to funnel to regardless of who performs the service. Can you please set this feature up?

  3. The tutorial video actions are at such a speed that, unless highly familiar with the EMR, it is very difficult to learn. Perhaps there should be a set of tutorials for existing and seasoned clients and those new to the system.

  5. I like to drop the calendar for the staff and myself at a certain time and date every month (I open March calendar February 20th at 8am). I was able to do this with acuity with some work arounds, would love the option to go in and prepare the schedule for each staff member and either manually or automatically trigger Boulevard to drop the schedule and notify clients via text/ email

  7. Utilization percentage should not be based on the utilization of the resource as it is a staff report. It should be the amount the person was booked in relation to the amount they were scheduled.

  8. When using the "dollar off per item" offer feature, it should multiply by the quantity sold. For example, if the offer is $1 off each unit of Botox, when we sell 50 units, it should take off $50. Currently, it does not take quantities into account and only takes of $1

  9. How about for the icon on the home screen there are initials or photo of whoever is signed in. So when you open up boulevard from the browser (since it does NOT require one to sign in), you actually know who is signed in. This would help for those who have multiple user.

  11. We need our list in notifications to allow more than 3 when people book online. We need to be able to see who has booked and when so we are capturing all our patients and know they have all the information before their appointment. We have to send consents and intakes from a different system.

  12. It would be great if individual services could be attached to specific merchant accounts. For instance, I have a nurse/esthetician. It would be nice if the fees for her esthetic services went into the spa account and the medical services she performs went to the medical account rather than needing to create two separate profiles that don't sync.

  14. We should be able to delete invoices from the Front Desk Dashboard. Clients change their minds after invoices are created. If we could delete it from the Front Desk Dashboard it would save a large amount of time and confusion at later dates.

  15. It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.

  16. Not allowing in-house booking on days therapists AREN'T actually scheduled on the books. Or online booking from clients when the therapists books are not open. This causes more confusion and more work/missed appointments/losing money for business.

  17. Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.
    It is very frustrating to spend so much time on creating a new template and then find that i can not save it.

  20. Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.
