  1. Be able to increase the size of the Before and Afters on desktop and ipad. They're very hard to see in the current state, so it's hard to point out areas of improvement to patients.

  2. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.

  6. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  8. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.

  12. The assigned emojis showing in the schedule view are handy, but it would be very helpful to have the new client star indication show as well. We have some forms that are only for new guests and it would be helpful to ensure they are properly assigned.

  13. I used to use booker and I loved it but I don't regret that I moved to Boulevard because it is mostly better than booker.

    There are two things that make running my business difficult.

    First, Boulevard is great for salons with a front desk team that can access a laptop or computer. However, for small businesses like mine that don’t have a receptionist, it can be challenging. I handle everything—from making appointments to checking out clients—on my cellphone, but I don’t receive enough information through the app. Today, I lost a client who had added themselves to the waitlist…

  14. It would be nice to send an email to upcoming appointments with specific details for their appointment. For example, If i see I have 3 microneedling one day...I could upload my microneedling email and then send it to those three people to make sure they know some of the pretreatment instructions that clients forget frequently.

  18. It would be so much easier to filter through members if there was a Member option under the " Add Filter" in the Client tab. This would help us quickly find all members and easily get their info for email blasts and other forms of communication.

  20. I would like to set up a separate merchant account for all IV/Vitamin Therapy services to be deposited to regardless of who performs the service. Can you please set up this option? It makes for cleaner bookkeeping when there are multiple divisions in a medspa.
