Option to tip the assistant during online booking when gratuity is enabled to be requested during online booking
Would appreciate a feature for when clients add gratuity online, to tip the assistant as well. My assistant misses out all the time because of it. Even if it said "Tip assistant" and they checked a box and then I can adjust the name of the assistant who assisted that client or if it said please note if you would like to add gratuity for the assistant and then I can ask them when they leave.

Pop-out/prompt to push clients to Tip during online booking to avoid touchpoints at checkout
There's no way to promote the gratuity at booking option. Trying to keep checkout as touchless as possible it would be great to have a way to highlight that feature. Maybe ask clients to confirm before they book that they don't want to tip ahead of time to limit their time in the salon.

When making a new employee, send boulevard invite out as default without having to manually send it out.
often i find we are forgetting to send out the account setup email invitation. If sending was default upon account creation, one less thing to do for management

Remove the option to leave a cash tip when online booking, due to COVID
During COVID we are not accepting any cash tips for the health and safety of guests, reception, and specialists. Please remove the "cash tip" option from guest facing online booking.

Differentiate actions in Group Appointment online book flow for "Add More" and "Add Guest"
In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.

May be overkill, but may become necessary. Many locales are going to require limitations on appointment booking...
...within salons such as # of guests at a time, time between appts, number of staff working concurrently. There may be some slight adjustments to match maker that would greatly benefit those urban-salons that would be subject to such regulations.
Use case; limited amount of concurrent clients.
Option to set concurrent clients at a limit, disallowing manual and client self booking beyond that set limit.
Use case; limited amount of concurrent staff.
This would likely be manually controlled by salons.
Use case; time constraint requirements on time between clients for sanitation protocols.

Tab on the customer profile to see ALL purchases and appointment history together (basically all CC transactions)
I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.
