  1. When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

  3. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals

  6. We NEED updates on the booking widget like yesterday. It is so difficult to have clients have to book each individual parts of a package with different service providers. For packages that have 4 different services, clients get so annoyed having to add of their services. Plus, it is so messy the way the booking widget looks. We NEED subcategories to be able to separate out member bookings and nonmember and then have services within each of those categories. Other booking softwares do this, why can't we?

  7. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.

  9. I run several reports where I need things like all orders with discounts. The only reliable way to get this is to select each discount reason as an "include" filter (Thanks to people being able to type anything I now have 300+ discount reasons to add). It would be much easier to have it give an "is not blank" option for the discount field. That would catch all discount reasons (especially if someone can manually add a discount at any time that I need to know about to add to the report)

  10. We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them

  15. Unfinished paperwork and forms need to be reminded every time a patient checks-in. Also, we need to be able to send a forms reminder after an invoice is closed for patients who don't complete forms correctly. We have patients who walk away when checking-in without filling out forms and then have no way to have them finish them when we catch it at a later date. The patient should not be able to check-in if they have unfulfilled forms for any visits.

  17. Make the check in process for an existing client a one step process. Existing members and clients don't want to have to input email, phone and name every time they come for a session. One step for check in in the iPad accelerates check in and also avoids people being in lines.

  18. Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out

It would be great to have the option to send out forms automatically according to a client tag - for example, every client with hyperpigmentation will be sent x form, regardless of the service they provided. It is way too easy to miss when we have to add it manually to some patient population groups, when we do not want that form to go out to everyone who is in the service group. This would be a big game changer

  20. It would be nice for the Business to choose to use Arrived and Confirm buttons or not. The duo checkout process has too many options and choices that confuse our customers, and we do not see the value in them. We have to guide each customer through them or press them ourselves - similar to checkout at a US Post Office - too many choices. Super-clear checkout like Square POS is a tremendous example to use.
