Deleting the "book next appt" button in emailed receipt if you don't offer on-line booking
In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

Simplify commission-free employee services
This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:
- Automatically detect when an employee is receiving a service
- Apply a 0% commission rate for these specific transactions
- Maintain normal commission rates for non-employee clients
This would streamline the process of providing employee services without manually adjusting commissions or creating separate service categories.

Please provide a direct integration between WooCommerce and Boulevard!!
Please provide this the same way you have done for Shopify. Zapier is super complicated for the WooCommerce integration, and it doesn't work well. I need my inventory to sync simultaneously and correctly between WooCommerce and Boulevard.

Allow manual double booking by stylist over already booked time slots/personal time blocks
Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Add ability to add hyperlinks to client chart notes
Google workspace allows for hippa compliant licenses. MDs could use Blvd more as an EMR by using google docs and linking them into Blvd. This would allow them to create flowsheets such as weight loss, and use templated chart notes. Currently they would have to download the doc as a pdf and upload- which is alot of steps. A direct link would be much better

online booking
A lot of our patients are having trouble with the book online link. When they're existing patients and they log in, the service menu does not appear. However, if they click "new patient? book now" it does give them the service menu. It's weird.

Mark-up in charts deletes the notes and mark-ups
When the iPad goes from landscape to portrait or the other way around it deletes the notes and mark-ups. This happens a lot with our providers.

Audience Filter by Rating
Scents of Serenity would like to be able to filter their client list by ratings in order to efficiently follow up with them.

alerts for form status
Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

Account credits need to show differently in payments for account balances
Account credits are reflected the same whether the client paid, or put a balance on their account. We allow certain clients to split payments for big ticket services over time (internal financing). The only way to ascertain that a client did not pay in full is to run a client outstanding receivables report. On the payments & refunds report, the transaction shows up as payment method=account credit even if the client ends up with a negative account balance.

Membership Tally Box
At the top of the Membership/Sales tab, it would be empowering to have an overview box with important information (the way you have a highlights box on the Client's Overview tab)... This highlights box should have the TOTAL # of recurring memberships, Gross $ of monthly membership $ coming in, and ARR annual recurring revenue projection, as well as # new members in past 30 days and # of lost/failed payment members in the past 30 days. Memberships are so important for medspas.

Product sales report is lacking
If you could send more product sales details to shopify accurately becauser your reports are lacking and I could use shopify reporting for product sales and all their product reports. In addition their PO system is much better and would allow me to use their product tracking better

Better Time Card Report
I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes. Fix App to Make Services Visible Again
The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!

Pull previous treatment diagram to next appointment so that the provider does not have to redraw on the diagram

Allow for commission to only be granted on Staff booked appointments. No commission for online booked appointments.
I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.
