  3. I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

  10. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  11. Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

  12. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  19. I would love to see a bank of Templates to choose from that are customizable. My former program had that and it reduced time making them. For a spa that has many, many services, it is very time consuming to make these. Also, helpful to compare to make sure nothing is missed. Just a thought That has been the most challenging part of moving to Boulevard.
