Client messages to go to Admin Emails
The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

Cloud based daily logbook
Daily logbook function - where managers and owners can see what happened the day before.
Fields can be customizable and could include:
client count - with space for last year count
daily sales - same as above to see sales from date of last year.
issues that need to be addressed, customer complaints ... etc
Would be great if could be automatically emailed out at a specific time after the day has ended.

Services that have conditions to be met
Such as; this service can only occur within 3 weeks of other service, service can only be booked once a month, service can only be booked before certain time, service can only be booked alone, service can only be booked with another service, service can only be booked as a series. Forcing clients and staff alike to observe these restriction/conditions would be very useful for more complicated service procedures but keep businesses running much smoother

with mothers day and fathers day right around the corner we would love for our clients to have the option when purchasing a egift card online to be able to select those types of designs at checkout instead of a "Just because"

Offline usage of boulevard including scheduling, payments.
Would be fantastic to be able to hold pending transactions until data services are restored. Of course much functionality would be lost when offline, but being able to do payments and scheduling as basic needs while disconnected means the difference between a smooth operation and one where staff are all panicked about the cloud being gone.

drop down staff service/product sales
It would be nice to have a staff performance report that allowed a drop down on their name so we can see the client information within those numbers. their name what services and what products they bought.

Ability to accept bitcoin at checkout
With locations in San Francisco, Palo Alto, NY, LA, etc... our guests are on the cutting edge of finance and tech and it's only a matter of time until this is more widely accepted. We'd love to be ahead of the times on this and it would be a great marketing opportunity

Download Purchase orders in csv or xls
Several vendors have options to build an order from SKU or UPC data, but it is so tedious to copy and paste individual UPCs from the pdf version from Boulevard. A download that can be manipulated into the proper format for the vendor would be amazing.

Ability to group separate appointments prior to checkout
This would allow the partner to keep track of groups who did not book online prior to checkout. Ex: parents with their children.

The ability to sort columns in Classic Report and export it the way it was sorted.
When you sort a column and then export the file, it doesn't save and populate the way it was "organized".

Create client list for mailchimp based on future or new clients scheduled
It would be nice to create lists based on appointments made versus only purchased appointments. This would make it easy to send new clients a digital welcome packet or if a guest was coming in for a color correction, we could send them a digital "what to expect" packet before their service.

Ability for all permission levels to click on service provider icon/profile image to open profile page
This should show coming schedule, phone number, email address, services available and prices, bio text. Helps front desk be familiar with staff available and also ability to contact staff if need be. Having these features here would make it so every salon has one less thing to have as paper taped on the wall next to the computer.
