"Include Voucher this month" functionality Add as an option in checkout window
This feature is available in Booker. There needs to be an option where receptionist can click: "include voucher this month" (see attachment for your reference) from the checkout window. If it's "unchecked", no voucher is applied to the client's profile when the client's order is created. Therefore, they are not getting a free voucher that they could use over the next 30 days without ever paying for it. Boulevard's Offers (for voucher redemption) feature doesn't work for the business' current process - when clients purchase a package via Boulevard. Ability to edit gift card value
Our gift cards are loaded with the value of $89 for a 60-min float service. When they are redeemed for a service that is discounted, we need a way to zero out the balance.

Click options on the prices instead of having to click on the 3 dots to change the price.
It would be so much easier and less hassle to be able to click on the price at checkout to change it rather than clicking on the 3 dots to have to "adjust price"

Packages: weekly option for packages (ex: 1 week pass)
In creating a product, the choices within the "Package" option are months and years. It would be great to have a "weeks" option here if possible unless you have a workaround.

Receipts should not include full name of person who operated the transaction.
This is a lot of information to hand to a random client.

Alert to tell front desk when a client hasn't received services from a category
Specifically for spas, would be great when booking or checking clients out if there was an alert to tell staff the client has never received a service from a specific category. Ex: Client only comes in for hair services, the front desk could make recommendations for facials or body services for a discounted rate to help upsell other services available

More icons on appointments
Would like an icon on appointment itself under Calendar page to reflect:
Prebooked appointments
Return Request - similar to the heart symbol, but for returning clients
Alternate - Second choice (if first stylist isn't available)

Gratuity accepting, gratuity percents, online booking lead times and other options being site-specific
So that businesses can differentiate their locations' set up. It might not make sense for all locations in a chain to have the same lead times, tipping set up, tipping amounts. The ability to customize this per location would likely greatly benefit each location. This privilege could remain in admin level somehow to avoid location managers playing too much with the settings that could easily have large repercussions for service providers.

Zoomed out view for 5-minute intervals
When we switch from 15-min to 5-min intervals on the Calendar view, the view is too zoomed in. We would like to drag and drop the appointment into a 5-min interval with the 15-min default view.

Service names made larger on appointment blocks
On the Calendar view, the service name should be prioritized over client name in appointment blocks. Currently the client name is largest on the calendar view, and the service name is smaller underneath.

Report that details when a report was ran, by who, and exported in what way to whom.
Want to know when certain staff are running certain reports, when certain reports are being emailed to places, when those reports are being emailed where they should or shouldn't be. Also provides a clear understanding to staff that Boulevard is tracking these things and will deter employees running detrimental reports.
