  2. It would be nice to create lists based on appointments made versus only purchased appointments. This would make it easy to send new clients a digital welcome packet or if a guest was coming in for a color correction, we could send them a digital "what to expect" packet before their service.

  3. This should show coming schedule, phone number, email address, services available and prices, bio text. Helps front desk be familiar with staff available and also ability to contact staff if need be. Having these features here would make it so every salon has one less thing to have as paper taped on the wall next to the computer.

  6. Front desk is constantly multitasking and the ability to collapse the checkout to send out a message would be very helpful for them. Currently the checkout bar blocks this ability.

  8. On vagaro you can click on a current se3rvice and it allows you to book an appointment over it. It's way more mobile friendly as well.

  9. On practitioner push notifications when they receive the message that the client has arrived, is there a way to add the service type, and length as well? ex: Kyle Frederick has arrived for his 60min Ashiatsu Massage

    This would help our team be more efficient as the practitioner knows right away beforehand what their next service is, so that they don't have to check the app, or BLVD schedule online.

  17. Example: $20 off of a $120 gift card). Boulevard's system - when a gift card is purchased online it is allowing that $20 off to be used on any amount. Ideally, we want to be able to target a specific amount.

  19. This feature is available in Booker. There needs to be an option where receptionist can click: "include voucher this month" (see attachment for your reference) from the checkout window. If it's "unchecked", no voucher is applied to the client's profile when the client's order is created. Therefore, they are not getting a free voucher that they could use over the next 30 days without ever paying for it. Boulevard's Offers (for voucher redemption) feature doesn't work for the business' current process - when clients purchase a package via Boulevard.
