To be able to go back and make sure people are getting credit for their product sales.

Order Services with Vertical dropdown
vertical drop-downs - picks the service they want and then has the vertical dropdown - system will re-organize what they want and allow for add-on, etc.
Needs to be able to order services as they wish.
IE. Salt room first, the float and then last service - in any order they wish. So they can choose which service they want to go first., etc

Way to opt all staff out from Boulevard update emails that show features owners may not be ready to roll out or answer any questions about!
I LOVE that the software is always growing and being packed full of new features. The more the merrier! But, many times these emails throw the salons into gossip-nados in which staff feel the features are already here. There is no warning or prep time in which my managers and myself have before staff start insinuating that we are locking things away from them or hiding functionality. This is especially difficult as the emails are written in a way that voices that the features are all available already which makes it seem only that the managers and owners aren't doing…

Link of dates and times within messages to the corresponding date/time in the calendar view
We communicate with clients via messages as much as possible rather than using the spa phone to text. When communicating about booking dates and times that we are offering them based on their preferences, it would be great to click on those to take us directly to that spot on the calendar as a shortcut for booking or searching alternatives. Quicker navigation.

Multiple appointment cancellations
When cancelling multiple appointments from the client profile - currently I can only cancel one at a time. After each cancellation, i'm returned to the Front Desk. Is there an option to revert back to the client profile so I don't have to search the client again and repeat the whole process?

A full day report for the Register
There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

Reaction for "Save All" button when updating product quantities in Manage tab.
Right now the "Save All" button for when you update product quantities does not "react" like it has saved anything even though it does. See video below!

Including brand names for products automatically
A lot of products have similar names - moisturizing shampoo, etc. Would be a time saver if the brand names were automatically pulled in so that when we are adding a product to a ticket we will automatically know its the right one!
Would also cut down on us having to type it into the product name

Ability to scroll for multi-client group checkout and many services
Checkout window is not optimized for multi-client group checkout and multiple services so required to zoom out to check out

When processing partial Refunds for service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity
When processing partial refunds for a service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity for the reason that if the gratuity was not a dollar amount and was a percentage, the gratuity now has to be calculated outside of Blvd. The total amount of the transaction at the bottom of the checkout window is also not intuitive. See Video!

Signing in
Customers keep thinking you sign on the line that appears on the first screen and don't know that you have to tap above it to put in your phone or email. Could the line be changed to just simply a button or something?

E mail Campaign
Using Square as a previous POS system, there was an option to send a 1 time/daily/weekly, etc. e mail campaign to clients letting them know about anything from holiday hours to newsletters to vacation days of a certain stylist, pricing changes etc. Should have an option to send from boulevard as well with client e mails being attached.

Merchant totals to have the option to not be included in reporting
Merchant earnings in commission for products/services should have the option to be removed from reporting for tax purposes as that money is not the business's money.

Remind Clients they are only seeing Chosen Provider's availability
When on the Select Service Time page of the overlay there should be a visual reminder that the client is only seeing availability of the Chosen provider and maybe a reminder that they can change providers to see more availability

Paid break tracking via the time clock
Allow for employees to clock in for paid breaks via the time clock for reporting and tracking purposes.

Group Check out for Product Purchases
It would be helpful if the group check out could be utilized for product purchases so one person could pay for multiple people's tickets without having to have an appointment.
