  1. Sometimes it's incredibly hard to get in contact with other locations due to clients checking in / checking out and the phones ringing. This would provide easy communication to the teams.

  4. Would appreciate a feature for when clients add gratuity online, to tip the assistant as well. My assistant misses out all the time because of it. Even if it said "Tip assistant" and they checked a box and then I can adjust the name of the assistant who assisted that client or if it said please note if you would like to add gratuity for the assistant and then I can ask them when they leave.

  6. There's no way to promote the gratuity at booking option. Trying to keep checkout as touchless as possible it would be great to have a way to highlight that feature. Maybe ask clients to confirm before they book that they don't want to tip ahead of time to limit their time in the salon.

  12. In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.

    Option to set concurrent clients at a limit, disallowing manual and client self booking beyond that set limit.
