  3. We would like the ability to be able to customize our reminders based on each stylist's preferences. Some stylists are okay with the options Boulevard currently offers, but others would like to be able to send out notifications a week or more in advance. Having the ability to customize based on the individual stylist's preferences would be awesome!

  4. Including contact and emergency contact information. At current we can store this data about clients, but this potentially lifesaving information cannot be stored in platform on our own staff.

I am thrilled with the integration as we can nurture leads in mailchimp and send out monthly newsletters, but I am a little concerned that people will think we are spamming them since they already unsubscribed to our blvd marketing meaning they have to do it 2x. People who are marked as unsubscribed should receive no more emails from integrations

  8. If a stylist does not perform a service, currently, it looks available on the app and is listed in the drop down menu in the checkout process. Those should not show at all. Thanks! Jennifer

  9. Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.

  10. It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different. However, if we were able to change the labeling of these items and/or add categories to the Appointment Preferences list,…

  11. When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.

    It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…

  12. If I am searching for a client I can type jody smyth and get results for "Jodi Smith". Or I can search jo sm and get the same results. This is super hepful.

    When I am searching to book an appointment I have to type the exact match for a service. It would be great to have something a little more forgiving

  14. adding a summary of "Time Clocked In" - not hours scheduled - for performance reports over a date range

    It's helpful to know their clocked time as many providers come and go by appointment and receive an hourly wage in addition to commissions.

    having a filter available to add a "CLOCKED TIME" column would be great

  16. When the salon has more than one client with the same name. An additional way to verify that the credit is going to the intended client would be helpful

  17. Also the card selection should specify which one was selected for the appt as well.

    At current I am sure that we may be charging the non-preferential card sometimes. If the client is a no-show we must charge them, but in the case that it isn't the correct card we may be non intentionally charging cards that could cause the clients bank issues.

  18. The last app we used was SalonBiz Stylist. We were able to install the app on a smart watch. We were able to see a one day schedule of clients with the time of day, looked like the agenda view. If you clicked a client's name, it would give you the color notes, starting with the most recent note. This was great info to have on you at all times, especially if you left your phone at your station or you forgot your client's name (LOL).
