    • Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
    • Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
    • When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)

  4. Similar to shopify or any other pos -> more visual charts/reporting

    There should also be a much clearer dashboard for all memberships/subscriptions:
    total count
    total active
    total inactive
    payment overdue
    churn %
    ltv per client
    FORECASTING - we should be able to have an idea as to when which subscriptions are being renewed (% of those approved on a daily basis/card declined,etc.)

    just better backend reporting all in all

  6. I need the text reminders to have the option say what the appointment is for, and who the provider is!!!!
    example: "Your appointment for HYDRAFACIAL with LINDSEY is today at 9am"

  12. Editing multiple packages at once:

    It would be nice to be able to select multiple packages at once to activate/deactivate as well as bulk editing the category. This would make it easier to run series specials.

  14. Please have the option for an automated email to go to the business when a client submits a form so we know that it's happened. We need to know when a client has submitted a membership contract so they don't fall through the cracks.

  17. Stylist-Specific Offer Codes:

    Currently, discount codes apply universally across all service providers. We'd love the ability to create offer codes that are tied to specific stylists—this would allow us to run targeted promotions (e.g. for new team members or specific availability) without affecting pricing for the entire team.

    This added flexibility would be incredibly helpful for marketing, onboarding, and stylist growth strategies.

  18. Please add a feature to be able to assign a barcode to packages. It's available for "products" but not for packages. For example, when I sell a weight loss package, I would like to be able to scan a barcode that I created for it, rather than have to search during checkout. I have many "packages" that have very similar names and scanning a barcode would be much easier than scrolling through 20-30 package options that all look the same at quick glance.

  19. Leviticus doesn't have online booking for their Tattoo location, but the default message reads "Thank you for your business. Please find your receipt below. When the time comes, you can book your next appointment using the link below." They would like the ability to customize this message.
