  1. It'd be great if the appointment tiles in the Front Desk view changed colors depending where the client is in their appointment process so that receptionists can easily identify what stage the client is in.

  3. I would like to be able to pull up the liability waiver at any time during the appointment, not just before or at check in. Sometimes we pivot during the consultation and it becomes necessary to have this form. Having to re check in is a hassle.

  6. The reason for this is to provide an accurate 'Membership Conversion %' so that we can provide proper feedback to our staff with actual numbers.

    See Below as an example:

    Jan.2024 New Membership count = 10
    Total Service Client Count = 100
    Non Member (or Member) Service Client Count = 50

    currently if I were to count the membership conversion %, I would divide 10/100 = 10%...but in reality the staff can ONLY sell membership to a client that is not a member, so I would really need to perform 10/50 = 20%

  10. We have several different membership options and we cannot set an end date. So we've had to refund if we miss canceling it at the term end. Right now it just goes month to month continuously. NEED term limits and end date selections

  12. Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.

  16. The problem with existing appointment reminders in Boulevard right now, is that, they come with a "request to confirm", and if clients forget to confirm, business has to call them as we cannot automatically remove them from the schedule. This creates more burden and manual workload for business, unnecessarily.

    All I want is to send the "APPOINTMENT REMINDER" alone! however it is not possible with current set up.

    Given that clients are already required to provide their credit card information and agree to pay late cancelation and no show fees, it is implicit that they will be held accountable if…

  17. If we have a cancellation day of or day before and have a huge gap, it would be awesome to have a text go out to the later appointments offering earlier times. They can opt in and move up or indicate they need the original time.

    Ex. Hi Client, an earlier time is now available with your stylist today. If you would like to adjust your scheduled time, please choose from the options below. If you'd like to stay at your original time slot, reply "NO"

  18. When adding items to a purchase order by SKU, the cursor focus leaves the product search line after each product is scanned. It would be more helpful if it stayed on that line to scan multiple products in a row without having to click on the line each time.

  20. The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.
