Second provider receives an alert when an existing appointment is edited, and new service is added.
When client books an appointment the technician automatically get a confirmation booking. If the client decides to add another service with a separate provider, that provider DOES NOT receive an alert that a booking has been made. This added service is done through the EDIT mode. Unless providers are glued to the app, they may very well not notice that a service is being added to their schedule. They receive texts for cancellation and original bookings. Can we please have an alert mechanism for editing an existing appointment? Thanks

Down size the service lists under stylist names and take out stuff they are not coded for
Also if it was alphabetical it would be so much easier to find them on the list.

More than a 10-digits in a phone number
Hi, I had a client try to purchase a gift card online today, and they received an error message due to their phone number being 11-digits instead of 10. We fixed the phone number, but is there anyway that we can have 11 or more digit phone numbers added for international guests and clients? thanks

Way to administratively void account credit without it posting to sales reports
Useful if account credit is set to expire or was in error. At current no way to do this.

When ringing out or booking an appointment, add on menu automatically pops up like on online booking
Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

Option to default staff who do not have profile images to show up as either a default image/logo or their initials
For instances on client web interface, Duo tip screen, and dashboard web interface.

See employee name on the calendar
We have a lot of service providers and multiple locations, when looking at the calendar you only get to see the first letter maybe two of the staff names and the photos are very small. We would love the ability to have the full name of the staff pull up when you hover, not click your mouse over their photo.

Online Booking Alerts Within a Certain Time Frame
Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

Ability to resend gift cards from back of house
When a client sends gift card to the wrong email, have the ability to correct it on our own without contacting help chat.

Private booking link for Stylists who don't accept new clients in main booking widget
We have several stylists who prefer to remain offline, but would like to have their guests keep a credit card on file, in case of a cancellation. Maybe a link that connects to a private booking portal specifically for that stylist? So that only the Admin team and stylist can share, and it's not visible publicly for just anyone to book with them.

Net promoter score via texting has a much higher usage rate than asking through email. We should ask clients about their experience via text, not email.

Default Tip Selection to 20%
To help avoid someone from accidentally not tipping when in a rush it would be great to have a setting that allows us to have the tip selection default to whatever amount we want (20%) instead of defaulting to the "no tip" option.

A type of block that doesn't effect booking ability
So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.
Examples:
Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

Vaccination verification
It would be great if a client could upload an image of the vaccination card when booking. In NY our clients don't have to wear a mask if vaccinated but checking at the front desk can be tricky. If they can connect their Dept. of Health app or upload a photo when booking and then their appt can have an icon showing if they are vaccinated.

Button to "adjust service end time" to match the appts' order completion time so that the time could be available for client self-booking
As is, the completed appt if not adjusted prior to checkout impedes bookability and is not editable unless voiding and redoing the order which is too difficult for staff or creates client side confusion.
Example, 4 hour service completes 2 hours in, staff does not remember to adjust the appt duration. Now 2 hours are not bookable by client self booking. Would like solution for this.2 votes
