  6. I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!

  7. We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

  9. Downloading the sales summary report results in different numbers of rows and different orders for the rows (I am not sure what logic sorts them, I haven't figured it out)

    It would be useful for them to stay in the same order for every download. I understand that payment methods may need to move around as new payment methods can be added, but keeping the same basic order would be great!

  10. When selling a membership, if you select to have the membership start on a future date, have the ability to also have the charge be set up to withdraw on that date instead of the date of the transaction. Ex: sale on 8.1, membership start 8.15, client doesn't get charged till 8.15

    1. In order to track new vs existing client prebooks, we have to manually count these each day, per technician, and add them up for our weekly reports.Having to manually keep track of these numbers is time-consuming for our front desk staff and we have to account for human error.

    2. Tracking new and existing rebooks separately allows us to better gauge growth. The higher our new client rebook rate is, the faster we grow. It's also an excellent coaching tool. If a technician's new client rebook rate is low, but their existing client rebook rate is good, we can coach them…

  11. If we can get operators in the system to tag in when they sell pre-paid units that would be great. As of now, and pre-paid units don't tie into an operator so we can't see that in the commissions reporting system.

  14. having a Payment Distribution Report that shows you all the payment types you've processed. You can see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions and other types of payments. Within the actual reporting tab. having to go to payment processing to see this report is just an extra step.

  15. Add visibility toggle to "Staff Roles" field.

    We utilize this field as a workaround for creating commission reports. This was taught to us by one of our onboarding specialists. Unfortunately, the "Tiers" we created can be seen in the booking widget. Please add a visibility toggle so we can hide it!

  16. Marketing (and if possible confirmation/reminder) SMS needs to be separated from dashboard. Sending out marketing texts to even a few hundred clients pushes all of your active messages down below all of the marketing. You then have to scroll through hundreds or thousands of texts to find the messages you were working on with clients. This makes me not want to use this very valuable feature within BLVD. Is there a way to filter, or move these to a separate area?

  17. Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

  18. Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc

  19. Add an Edit button to the notes on the waitlist.

    It is so annoying to click to read the note, then have to click away, click edit, then click in the note area, then type the update to the note. 90% of the time we need to update the note immediately after/while reading it. 99% of the time nothing else about the waitlist entry needs updated (I honestly can't think of a time that I ever changed a waitlist entry outside of updating the note)
