Enhanced Notifications
We do both in office and virtual appointments. It would be nice to personalize client notifications based on specific appointments with specific instructions for the retrospective appointment vs overarching generalized notifications. It can be confusing for the client when something is virtual vs in office.

Update staff schedule API
schedules are created via another platform that is easier to manage thousands of employees across locations. area managers are then responsible for replicating these in boulevard, but far too manual to be confident in their accuracy, especially when considering schedule changes that may happen later. By having an API, there is greater confidence in the bookable availability in blvd.

create scheduling alert API
it's possible to pull an existing scheduling alert via the API but not create one. this is a beneficial route as opposed to tagging client/appts since the alert appears upon appointment creation, rather than after an appointment has already been made.

message center auto attendant links back to client portal
You built two beautiful things....now pls connect them. The client portal is fantastic, and so is the new attendant. The auto attendant should have the ability to have a prebuilt link in there that says, "we are away from our desk but did you know you can self-serve many issues through the client portal (insert link)"
We alllllll want to do less work. Help us teach people how to do it for us.

A comp button when not charging a client for a service. It's frustrating to have to "check out with card" even when the balance is zero.
If we are not charging a client for a service it would be nice to have a "Comp" button instead of having to go through the whole "check out" process as if we are using a card as that's the only option. I also am unable to check out a client from home without the Duo even if they have a $0 balance.

Merchant account update confirmation
We would like to be automatically notified of any merchant account updates / changes. This way, we do not have to reach out to support for a current status.

Self Booking overlay Webflow compatibility.

Checking out clients who want to purchase a digital GC
Would like to have all the options for digital GC at time of check as is when they purchase online. Would also like the option to have dollar amount or service and gratuity. Capability to email the recipient and/or print GC.

Edit photo date
Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.

Membership and Card On File Options For Charging
We should be able to charge the membership card on file for the cancellation policy. If there isn't a payment card stored it won't allow you to bill them. Any card on file should be able to be used for payment.

Blur out opened new booking notifications
It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

Bi-weekly hours Business Is Open
We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.

Retroactively look at inventory counts
Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.

Membership discount offer for x amount of weeks/months
We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of weeks/months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign-up but reverts to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge. confirmed v. request pending
when a client books the confirmation screen should just say "confirmed" rather than "request pending" everyday we have clients calling us to see if their appointment has been confirmed.
