All services offered need to be an option under sales tab so clients can pre-purchase if they choose to. This can then be a credit/voucher on their profile to use for future use.

Different Referral Program Options
We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".
An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

Follow Up Report (Med Spa)
We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.
If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!

need for promo codes to be attached to $0 appointments for tracking purposes. I.E. Botox and Filler categories where price is determined based on how much product is used

Add a checkbox to Purchase Orders to update Default Unit Cost
Considering there is currently no way to mass update unit costs for products, it would be nice to have a "save this as the default unit cost" checkbox next to the price when receiving purchase orders.

Purchase Orders should Download with Suppliers Name
Would be great if the purchase orders retained the suppliers name on the download versus our salon name. (Like what you see in Blvd) We use them to email the order in and having our own name when we download to send doesn't make it easy to decipher what supplier gets which p.o. unless we rename every purchase order.

Membership product discount dollars product unit compatibility
When a membership perk is configured as a discount with product as the category and "$" is set for the discount amount and product usage is used at checkout for the service only one product is discounted. However, if a percentage is used for the discount amount, each product is discounted.
We would like the Dollars when configured, to behave the same as the percentage. Currently, only one product is discounted. This leaves manual discounting as the only viable option.

deposit per appt not per service
For businesses that provide services like laser where multiple services are being booked per appt, there needs to be an option to have an overall appt deposit, vs service deposit. If an appt has multiple services per appt the deposit will get quite high

if a client has not confirmed their appointment, there should be an option to resend confirmation texts 24 hours prior to their appointment

Client receive text notification when appointment has been canceled or rescheduled
when a clients appointment is cancelled or changed, there should be an option to send a text notification. right now the only option is email notification.

Would love to see an option where you can see the hours front desk/management Staff will be working through the schedule option instead of just at the time clock so it is visible from the app and not just the internet browser.

Group booking two providers
We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.
Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

Inventory Tracker and Forecaster - A report that will be able to track the colors / products you have bought the last 6 months so you can adjust your minimums based on the popularity of the product .
