  2. Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

  4. Ability to print a draft purchase order.

    I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

  7. Please increase the number of characters that can be used on Note addendums. Currently the character limit restricts us from using this function how we would like. Thanks.

  9. There are two possibilities when we are inviting the client back in to "redo",

    1) They will be seen by the same service provider. The client will be rebooked the same service, but no price should be listed nor pricing. In the background there would be either a commission pull from the first service (to combat the hourly wages being used to complete the same work again) and notation that this service is NOT to be considered an additional appointment or service, but a REDO for reporting processes.

  17. Hello, the new update has some issues. When we are trying to update/add a service to an appt (for example an add-on service) it makes you cancel the entire appt and start over. This takes more time and is not as simple as it was before.

  19. When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.
