  4. Objective:
    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

  6. Product should have default POS amount. Dont always start at 1 always but default 5 , 25 or 100. Important when selling multiple of single item or unit.

  7. Our office would like to be able to create bundle service packages with prepaid treatments that can be received at a later date. Example: package of 3 microneedling treatments that are done 4-6 weeks apart. The patient can purchase them all at once at a discounted rate but we need to be able to into the invoice and receive or finish the services for records.

  9. This would be instrumental in helping businesses that have staff all over the place work together alongside Blvd in-house support. I'm thinking that the Blvd helpchat (bot or person) can communicate with the slack channels for Blvd businesses. Advantages include, does not require full instance of dashboard to ask for help, can have group chats and bring other staff in so that multiple operators can get the solutions from Helpchat without having to copy/paste and screenshot things to each other, provides service providers who never use dashboard to get a way to seek assistance on using features.

  12. Allowing the appointment to be available for checkout again after doing a refund. EX. A client gave $100 in cash and rest on card. The appointment was checked out in full with cash by accident. The remaining was refunded and we could not re-open the appointment for checkout on card. If a refund is done on an appointment, you should be able to go back into that same appointment to properly check it out, instead of creating a whole new appointment.

  13. This would be to make sure that when the next person comes in the morning that they are using their account in order to do things. Often we accidentally use whatever is logged in and this causes poor record keeping.

    Caveat would be an admin/manager clocking someone out and getting kicked off, perhaps an available bypass; "there are no users clocked in, Boulevard will self log out in 10 seconds unless you would like to bypass this"

  14. Sometimes staff will manually adust prices rather than apply a discount or an offer. It would be instrumental in analytics if there was a UI element that showed upon glance at a calendar view which checked out appts had any form of discount/offer/adjustment for a couple reasons:

    When a service price should be updated to reflect what we are charging instead
    When a staff member is discounting improperly or not to SOP
    When a staff member is violating pricing agreements
    When some issue occurred and a manager should follow up with staff on whether something poor with the service occurred…

  15. We do not use the text feature and I cannot remove the "REPLY YES TO CONFIRM" message in the auto text. Even though I've typed in the additional message of "DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS TEXT IT IS A ONE WAY AUTO TEXT SYSTEM" we still get clients who don't read and disregard this. We have our own studio iPhone. The whole auto text and reminders need severe improvement and further flexible customization options.

  17. Our clients pay $99 monthly membership fee and get access to different services. However, if they don't come in that month rather than just losing their money we'd like to be able to bank the $99 for them to use towards other services in the future. It could be applied to products, injectables, a future service, etc...

  18. When a guest has more than one appointment booked, it would make sense that if they were making more, that Boulevard would prebook from the farthest appointment out, not the next upcoming one. It would prevent having to manually count how many weeks to book past their farthest out appointment from the day they are here or having to remember when their farthest out appt is. It is a lot of guessing and counting when it could be simplified to automatically prebook the set amount of weeks after their furthest out appointment.
