Admin Controls What is Visible on Staff's MOBILE APP (Performance Tab)
Sometimes we ONLY want stylists to see how much they've earned in Gratuity for the day and only the admin gets to see their service sales. For other employees, they want to see their service sales and gratuity, and everything else. Being able to control who sees what on their mobile app would be great!

"Select time on calendar” should be a privilege group setting.
This would allow an Admin to choose who can over override scheduling rules, which can currently be done when booking with "Select time on calendar” (Timing/Resource Blocking/Approve a Service Provider to perform a service that is normally not done)

Stack / Apply Multiple Offers in Online Booking
The ability to stack / apply multiple offer codes during online booking. Currently, this is only accomplished when applying via the dashboard. This would allow businesses more opportunity to incentivize clients and increase revenue.

More easily access appts on calendar (from profiles)
When you are on a client's profile and looking at their upcoming appointments, it's nice that you can get the full appointment details view from there but I really wish there was also a button to "View on Calendar" so that you could see it there in one click. The way it is now, you have to first potentially change locations, then go to the calendar view, then change the calendar date, then just kind of manually scan the calendar to find the appt. It should be a much more seamless process than this.

Ability to click on the logo and have it go directly to the website
The business would find it helpful and would free up time if they were able to click on the logo in the top left corner and have it open the website.

split payment
When splitting payments, it would be ideal for the payment prompt to reset to default after first payment type is entered. It is habitual to hit the green button which when splitting payment, will put through the same payment type as the first. This leads to excessive refunds and guest time management. At the very least, ask for a prompt for second payment type.

Add 'party' tag when a client books 'guest of' appts!!!!!
When clients book an appt for themselves and a guest - either under their name or as 'guest of' the appt should automatically add a tag as a 'party' and highlight both appts when hovering over one or the other appt!!!!!

Ability to have particular products or product categories automatically be sold by certain staff.
For example, be able to set it so that retail products always go to the service provider and Packages/series always go to the receptionists.

Edit service durations per day of the week
Ability to edit service durations, processing and finishing times by day of the week. Example: set a different transition time only on Sundays.

Figure out how to do a group checkout on iPad.
We absolutely need this. It's very inconvenient to have to buy a different device to be able to accomplish this.

More specific beta report error messages
When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

Disable heart/other icons IMPERATIVE
The software gives the heart icon for all future appts. Such a pain if they switch practitioners: more work to remember for reception.

Have the system do an auto purchase order that pulls up all products that are below an alert level

Orders API - query for client id
When querying Admin API - Orders query, it would be very helpful if we can filter them by ClientId. Right now if we want to build on our app a logic to display the order history for a client, we have to iterate all the orders, which is a very expensive query.

Skipping email prompt when new customer check in
When a new customer check in, they can choose either their phone number or their email. At the moment, Boulevard does not allow the NEW customer to skip the email when using Duo App for checking in.

Opposite of “Verified” badges on social media, Client names universally could UI show any lack of required profile data such as a Red “?”
Provide businesses a method to elect what information is required for client profiles (First name, last name, phone number, email, CARD ON FILE) and then any instance of a client not having all of the required field filled, a UI element across any instance of their name (except in reports) that denotes that something is missing. This would create great automatic feedback that our staff and receptionists would pay attention to and correct whenever they can.

Automatically add all service-based net sales
Adding net sales total only for services and products, automatically including the values of vouchers that were redeemed. Currently, we must add these columns together in order to calculate revenue that excludes package, gift card, and account credit sales.
