  2. We pay our girls a commission split after cost of service is taken out but we sell a package, when it is redeemed, the cost of the service is not being taken out. This is a nightmare for us as some costs of services are quite high. We are currently not able to use the package feature and have to use account credits but that makes it hard to keep track of what the credit is for exactly.

  3. We had a guest come in who accidentally clicked the wrong rating for his appointment and then couldn't change it. Or at least let us be able to add notes to the rating that we followed up with the guest.

  4. As a medspa, we are in need of a feature that notifies providers of the room number their patient is waiting in. This could be added as another step with the "arrive" button and text they receive! Another system we've used in the past was able to have this feature built in to that notification sent to the provider's phone when their patient was roomed and ready. Otherwise, we're having to use an outside system to communicate from the front desk which room their patients are waiting in.

  5. For a membership with a future cancellation date, if their final payment failed and they go 'past due', membership should be 'Paused' instead of 'Cancelled' to allow a business to capture the final, unpaid renewal.

  10. Locations can be sold between franchises. Billing will reflect previous invoices under the new franchise, when we need visibility into which invoices pertained to which billing account.

  12. We are closed on weekends so we want our clients receiving email reminders 5 business days/weekdays prior and text reminders 3 business days/weekdays prior and not have the weekends count.

  13. Currently when you run the commission report, it cuts off the name of the service. You should be able to see the full service name for accurate reporting.

  14. Need to be able to print or save as PDF the membership/ account credit transaction history when client requests for a transaction report to confirm they are up to date of their credits or if there are confusions to how many credits/vouchers they have.

    Also helps if clients can see their balances through their own client portal

  17. 3 of our 4 locations are rental, and not everyone processes their service payments through Boulevard. We would love to have a report for ALL booked appointments regardless of if they are checked out, so that we have an accurate appointment count for each location.

  20. When looking at the Front Desk view, tags for appointments and tags for profiles are all in the top right corner of client boxes. They should be in separate places so it's easier to differentiate
