Bug Fix: Correct line break formatting in messages tab
The new message tab does not preserve line breaks in sent messages. They do send with the line breaks, but the message window does not show them. This can make sent messages very hard to read/understand. Especially when you are sending a list of openings to someone wanting to book. The list on our end ends up looking like this:
Hi Name, We have the following openings: Tuesday at 2:00 with Kate Wednesday at 4:00 with Steve Thursday at 12:00 with Jane Friday at 1:00 with Marcy Please let us know if you would like any of those appointments

Add new categories to checkout window
I'd like to be able to charge for a valet service and would love to be able to charge that from a 'Valet' section on the checkout window. Could this be something that is implemented?

One Time Blast Warning Notifications
It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

Add primary location to client records beta report
client records report is use for client analysis but adding primary location would be extremely helpful since it is not reportable anywhere. otherwise, we need to combine it with another sales report which produces blank "location" fields for clients who have visited more than one location in a given timeframe

Total Stock Tracking for Items

Add a tab for business' to see clients who started booking an appointment but did not finish the process. This will allow business' to reach out to the client to help finalize the booking, answer questions a client might have, etc.

Add photos to ratings submitted if positive. Store in ratings page. Foster ability for businesses to grow an asset library organically 🤞
If it was native in the ratings response form if they select 5 stars for their provider, to be prompted to send a quick snap of their content-ness with their service. If these were appended to the ratings page then businesses would have a great new resource that could organically get positive feedback alongside potential assets to use for marketing purposes.
Additionally perhaps the photos could go through a round of ML smile scoring to determine the quality of the feedback response and then if our terms and conditions allow for it, suggest to Blvd partners in the Marketing panel…

Allow us to break out the service client count between Members and Non-Membe in Beta
The reason for this is to provide an accurate 'Membership Conversion %' so that we can provide proper feedback to our staff with actual numbers.
See Below as an example:
Jan.2024 New Membership count = 10
Total Service Client Count = 100
Non Member (or Member) Service Client Count = 50currently if I were to count the membership conversion %, I would divide 10/100 = 10%...but in reality the staff can ONLY sell membership to a client that is not a member, so I would really need to perform 10/50 = 20%

Surface clientrecord id in more reports
Right now you can only pull the clientrecord id from the Client Records report. It'd be great if we could obtain that in more reports like 'Client Sales' to easily tie these records together.

Apple pay needs to be added as a form of payment
so many people walk in and try to book an appointment for the next day and they don't have their card on them and suggest apple pay but we don't have apple pay so i think it would quicker and more efficient if apple pay was a form of payment.

Option to set different product wholesale pricing for each location
We have three locations in California and one in Indiana. We carry the same products in both states, but because of the different regions we have two separate distributors. Wholesale pricing is a little bit different for each one. We would like the option to open up the product description at the Indiana location and check a box for "This location has a custom wholesale price." Similar to the options for "custom price" and "custom tax rate." This would greatly help our CPA with the accuracy of our spending reports at the end of the year.
