  1. be able to attach a message staff or provider regarding patient questions, concerns or reminders. The messages should be able to be attached to the patient chart for documentation but be viewed between staff and providers only

  3. Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
    There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.

  4. If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

  9. We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

  10. We noticed our clients who usually call to make an appointment, when they make their first online appointment, BLVD creates a new file for them. This is confusing for a number of reasons but also not having merged history and appointment notes makes it super irritating.

  12. Inform clients of "NO PROMOS" option when the "STOP" option is offered. This will help with retention.

    Additionally, when Clients text STOP it hinders our ability to two-way message. If No promos was offered, I think this would help. Thank you!

  13. Right now, if you sync your google calendar, it blocks off those times in your schedule. But the whole office can see every item in your personal calendar- it does not appear to co-workers internally as just a block. It only appears as a block to clients. Please fix this asap- No one else needs to know when I'm at the dentist or my kid's school play.

  14. Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:

    1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

    instead of

    1/1/25- Advanced charting

  16. On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
    Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.

  20. Currently the times shown for group booking online show only the selected time, even if some appointments in the group start later. We would like all start times to be reflected in the booking widget
